City Tele Coin review: City tele coin app & contact adding problems

Hello, I made a account on 6-16-23. I funded money as a direct deposit to my phone account. The only issue I'm having right now that I noticed is when I click on the Contacts Icon it gives me the 1st option to add a Facility and whenever I scroll through all of them I cannot find Madison County Jail in Fredericktown, Mo. On there whatsoever. It's not showing that county on the facility list at all! I didn't get much help the first time I called yesterday and what the lady told me to do was to just add funds onto my account and then I should be able to add the correct facility to my contacts but, that's not the case at all and I'm still in the same predicament. Can anyone please help me out with this and we resolve this issue at hand?!?! So that I can be able to speak to my Fiance with anymore problems at all.

If there is any confusion on the photos I added then let me explain.. the reason I put those with this complaint is to show you once I'm on the page to add contacts I clicked the icon with the contact emoji and plus sign and then it gave me the option to add a facility which is shown in the photos and then I added the photos from where the first M words/Facilities have started and the last M words/Facilities ended. There's no Madison County Jail on there anywhere.
