City Tele Coin reviews and complaints

The owners of City Tele-Coin, GERALD L. JUNEAU and ROSALYN M. JUNEAU, are as corrupt as the local and state governments they serve. If you use a credit card, somebody working in City Tele-Coin will steal and use your card number for fraudulent purposes (this happened to me twice on a card I have only use with City Tele-Coin), they overcharge fees, their service is over priced, their equipment in the correction facilities and jails are in disrepair or don't work at all, constant disconnects or connections that one cannot hear the other party while the timer is ticking away charging you for every minute, video calls have terrible sound where one can only hear every 4th or 5th word with constant video freezing. The list goes on. This company is a monopoly with the owners and the company itself donating to the political election/re-election campaigns of city, parish, and state local politicians who sit on parish commissions, city councils, and parish sheriffs.

I accidentally deleted the app on my phone the account was in my boyfriend's name and his phone number from when I was incarcerated. When he became incarcerated I had my phone stolen so I just continued to use his account, plus I didn't have my own number anyway. Well when I tried to log back in it asked for all the info on the account. When I didn't know the email he used I asked him and he said it could only be one email. I talked to four different people from City Telecom and they all told me they couldn't do anything without the email address my boyfriend tells me he has no clue what email it is so I cannot create an account using that phone number I can't log back in because the only information I don't have is the email and now I can't use the app at all this is ridiculous
