This is the first time I find myself in a similar situation
I purchased xbox series x game key (mlb the show 24) and they give me xbox one game key
I contacted support team and they said
"a human will respond in the original ticket asap within maximum of 12 hours"
I paid 30 dollars for this game and after 6 days no one send me a message for ensolved this matter
This is very frustating and I am very very angry, I will wait a few more days then I will go to the police.
