My fiancé got this ring in December, I’ve been wearing it since Christmas Eve 2022. In March one of the pear stones had fallen out! Then a small stone also fell out within a day. I opted to have the ring replaced because they refused to refund it. They said they’d replace it again and again if stones continued to fall out. In the interim while waiting for my new engagement ring to stove, I wore the wedding band. Within days, a stone fell out. I reached out again and demanded a refund. The company ignored me for quite some time despite having a texting option for customer service. They offered to replace it. I begrudgingly said ok because they kept repeating their policy for no returns after 60 days. Now that I have my replacement engagement ring and wedding band, a stone has fallen out of them both, too! NOT TO MENTION, after reading other reviews online, the ring does not have a 14k stamp, so this is clearly not only a faulty ring set, but fraudulent as well. I’m planning on bringing them to small claims court. It’s been months of back and forth with the company (mostly forth with not much back) and my issues are completely unresolved.
Desired outcome: Refund for engagement set so we may find a reputable set elsewhere with a better reputation.
