I paid to view my sons account and never realized it was free
So I cancelled it via google play for 2024 and you took payment again
Now I never authorized that - I dont mind first year that was my error but its free via school please refund so I can feed my child.

Directly reach out to the ClassDojo support through their help page or send them an email. State the reason for the charge to your account or card issuing to your account submission cancellation that was done through Google play and request for the charge back. If due process of time elapses without them responding, contact either your bank or Google Play and raise a dispute.
