My husband and I have been members since 2003 and paid installments equalling AUS$8000. We had been subject to a process of enticements and glossy brochures and attractive advertising film production in Singapore when we decided to join . The main thrust of the information evening was cheaper airfares and better accommodation deals with this company.
Nevertheless, since joining, we have made enquiries about these cheaper airfares and accommodation for at least 3-4 holidays without any forthcoming "discounts " and have never made any bookings with these people.
Hence our " membership fee " has been basically obtained under false advertising promises and we cannot understand how AUS $ 8000 can become totally obsolete without any advantages in being members.
I have put in a formal complaint to the on - line customer service person but would like to inform others of this misleading holiday vacation organisation.
Sincerely,
Dr Marina Kang.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Hi fighter & sselb ...i also received letter from I-Generic asking for outstanding subscription fee of CVC...I understand both of you decided to ignore the letter, can i ask did I-Generic follow up after their letter being ignored. I refused to pay a single cent since i did not used any CVC services and when I log into CVC website its stated as My Membership has Expired...LGM and CVC has not contacted or send any letter for the subscription fee since 2005 and now we have this evil scammer suddenly popped out from nowhere asking for pymt. On a side note on CVC website they did mention I-Generic B & M is their spore agent...so is it save to to just ignore the letter or should i ask for legal advice? thank you
