Yes, this scam is reaching to every state and every home. I received the same letter with Personal Payment Number CPS20L6 and it says complete and return the Award Form at the bottom of this document with $10 claim fee and the same address to send the return envelope in Netherlands. For those like us that are working so hard and hoping for a break, this kind of letter does make you feel lucky. But I am always in doubt when it comes to giving and receiving money. There are many scam artists now that it is even hard to catch them. Thanks for this site and people who posted, it helps others not to get scam.

I think I can put an end to this. I didn't get this mail, but I have heard of people who did.
My question is to the people who did pay: How did you pay? did you give your credit card details? or did you send cash?

Does anyone have a scan of the award claim form? I will pay them and track the transaction.

I'm with you Shelly, just got mine on 1/13/12 with the same charm. I will send mine back telling them to take the $10 out of my award money too. If everyone does it maybe they will get the hint that we are not dumb Americans like they think. We do have some smart ones here even if we elect the idiots. (Not meaning to get political.)

Naturally I'm commenting because I recieved the same letter today...Of course I wanted it to be true! All I have to say is thank GOD for computers, or I would have been one of the dummies to send them the $10. I guess I'll just have to hold out for Publishers Clearing House. Wish me luck. : )

I am from The Netherlands and I just got my letter today and I was skeptical too. The letter came from Singapore but I have to send the $10 claim fee to the Dutch address in Mijdrecht. Since I'm Dutch, I will take action to stop the people ripping hard working people off. I'll keep you posted!

Same letter starts popping up in the Caribbean, Netherlands Antilles aswell. Today I received the same $20000 scam. Funny enough the letter seems to be send from Singapore, while the reply address where you have to send your $10 to is in the Netherlands. Don't Go for it And sincerely hope these kind of people trying to fool the innocent get behind bars fast for at least 20000 day's.

I am from Trinidad and Tobago West Indies, and I to got one of these letters in the mail, I showed it to 2 people and they both told me it was a scam, I decided to check it out on the net and I found you guys, I am really happy to see that you all have decided to high light this scam, it really heart breaking how people would take advantage of poor, vulnerable people who are already struggling, I thank you guys for this site.the payment number they sent me is, CPSMU20L3. My question is this, how do they get your information to send you these things, if I were to send them US$10, when converted to my currency, it will cost me almost $100 and to send it is an additional cost.Oncve again thank you for this site.

My mother in law received this letter. We are in Windsor Ontario. Unfortunately she did send the 10 dollars before we could check this out for her. When I read from where all the comments were from I couldn't believe they are all over the world. These people need to be stopped! Please no one send money to anyone, play the lottery instead you've got a better chance!

It is now October 8, 2013 and these letters are still going out. What happened to exposing them a few years ago. I have received the same letter concerning a guaranteed win of $20, 000. The $10 claim fee is to be sent to PO Box 1087, 3600 BB Utrecht, The Netherlands. Guess they moved from the states. Did they ever get exposed there?

My grandmother just received a letter saying she won 20, 00.00 the problem with this is that she's been dead for almost a decade. How's that for a scam anyone getting these letters should report them right away to the police. I have done so and they are looking into the matter as I type this.
