Crothall are very furtive at Jersey shore medical center. They are over environmental services and patient transport. Once they target poeple they dont like they badger you write you up and then eventually terminate you. In one event a dispatcher came in intoxicated passed out on the keyboard they covered that up and the dispatcher just because she is friends with the boss. One time a transporter went to the bathroom and they wrote him up because he didn't call to notify. This is just a terrible company and something needs to be done. They lie on current employees to cover themselves up. It is just bad when you go to work and nobody has your back and when they always say that they leave you to hang out a dry.

They did me the same way after 10 years with the company. if they don't like you personal level, they will target you until you're gone. it's a shame that bobby and liz and the rest, let these unit managers get away with these things. mike bailey did right to get away from this racked.

I agree 100%. I hold a management position and I've watched other managers target certain employees and keep picking at them until the employee is terminated. All the while, employees who deserve to be written up continue to do the same thing every day. Unless you are a white male you aren't going anywhere. The company picks which rules they want to follow; we as employees - this includes site manager level - are expected to follow them by the book. If a supervisor or director gets too many complaints, they move them to another account. You're damn right I'm bitter. I'm out on a medical leave of absence because of verbal and emotional harrassment. It took the corporate office three months before they began an investigation. In the meantime, I'm trying to regain control of my life. I consulted with an attorney who's firm has had dealings with Crothall before. He said Crothall is underhanded and treats employees like garbage. However, that's not illegal. Too bad.

Crothall Healthcare at the Veteran's State Nursing Home in Land O' Lakes Florida, also does not know how to treat employees. They were given a big contract through the state of Florida to maintain this facility. They do not supply the employees with tools or supplies to perform their duties properly nor are they suffiently staffed. They have on frequent occasions under paid or not paid at all. Having to get
a separate check for unpaid balance. They also have not taken out the proper amount of withholdings. Resulting in underpayment to the IRS.
I had submit my w-4 several time before they got it right... They also have the mangers badger and unfairly treat certain employees until they resign or eventually are fired... News to the state of Florida... You were ripped off... Your facility is falling apart. They are not living up to their end of the contract...the contract you so highly paid them...

wow i cant believe this about the company I work for...but some of the things I have read I do see at Bay Medical, such as when you are transporting a patient with a bed and you ask for help the did not send me any then they hire two young girls and they have been getting help with bed runs ever since...this company does have their picks but I will not be looked down on and I will not take being treated like that...then the office staff wants you to call corprate on their boss Elizabeth but i feel like if you have a problem with her you do your own dirty work...

That's really sad. Crothall is here in Aurora, Colorado at University of Colorado Hospital and the management team is terrible. They treat their employees with no respect for their hardworking team. They make excuses to the poorly trained management teams choice of wrong words and actions. False accusations, harassment and write ups is what they seem to be good at when you speak up, complain or a target. Crothall has a very bad reputation within the hospital employees who work closely with those employed through Crothall. We'd like to believe their actions of mistreatment, harassment and false accusations is not something the hospital standby and would allow to go on. It's sad, God did not put these people in position to mistreat others. Crothall has some fine workers and hopefully this problem is brought to light.

Happened to me at Westshore Medical Center in Manistee Michigan. I am still fighting for what is due me. I was terminated for having a injury that occured at work.

Crothall recently took over the management of our EVS and transport department, and I have nothing positive to say about them. They completely ignored employee concerns and complaints, latched onto the already horrible managers, and provided the worst "training" I have ever experienced. Their training consisted of telling us to high dust in patient rooms, clean beds with high powered disinfectives with patients still on it, casually mentioning trashing and dashing patient rooms, moving patient belongings on top of the patient, and buffing patient rooms with them still in it. All of this is dangerous and inappropiate for hospitals. Their timings on room cleans and discharge cleaning is undo-able. The transport supervisor has instituted a paging system that doesn't work and has physically offended at least one dispatch worker. EVS supervisor started off writing people up for things that don't apply to certain individuals' jobs. Since starting, he has hid himself away in his office and administrative meetings. He is trying to revamp the whole EVS job system without any understanding on it currently works. By the time Crothall leaves, our hospital will be one of the dirtiest in town.

f as just nows a eMployer a. crothell here in k.y at u.k hospital and i also had issues from were a manager infront of the whole shIft said look everybody hes helping out the black market because a caucasion male tryed to help me get goggles because i had forgotten miNes. I also Wittnessed some one being called colored. His exact words was i dont know her name its the colored girl . I Was terminated bEcause i had missed a day within my 90 days because my son was In the hospital with sickle cell disease . I had brung a drs note but my docTors Note wasnt good enough and didnt know a Job could could say a doctors word didnt mean anyThiNg. Other then that they have pePole that are very Elderly doing work that i found hard and im only 24 I want a law suit some one needs to do something. Ken Holt, Eric Pollack and Bertina Gainey these three individuals were responsible for setting me up to be fired and not be paid unemployment. I even have proof including pics, video and audio but HR are not trying to listen! Can anyone help in his matter?

Investigation should start with all of the above Eric Pollack, Ken Holt and Bertina Gainey. All three a liars. Ken Holt lies and says he knows machines enough to fix them but instead destroys over 8000.00 in machine equipment and blames others. Mean while Bertina takes orders from both Ken and Eric. I have recorded conversations of them plotting with there ignorant do girl Bertina Gainey to have me fired. I also captured Bertina SEEPING on the job a few times on recorder.

I worked for Crothall Healthcare for a little over two years and it has by far been the worst and most unproffesional company that I have ever worked for. The work envirnment was very hostile and management would target or single those people out that they did not like for whatever reason. They would question my integrity and say inappropriate things to me that were very nasty and just plain offensive. The manager that I had was a minority who just had it in for me and clearly singled me out. He kepted writing me up over everything he could find and even lied on some of the write ups. I contacted HR and they were a joke and did absolutely nothing for me even after I had reported numerous incidents.This company is almost criminal when it comes to the mistreatment of its employees. The management was horriable we went through several managers and unit directors who were all sorry. I would not reccommend the company to my worst enemy.

I work at Abington memorial hospital and I must say this is the worst company to work for. Once they do something wrong to you and you speak on it they will target you until u get terminated. I'm tired of biting my tongue because they was wrong for what they did too me. I still have my job bc I told them I was going to the human resources department for harassment and lying on me. Crothall had evs, transport and linen and the lack of good supervision the lost two out of the 3 contracts. I hope someone from jeffereson actually asks us what's going on bc I'm going to speak on how they don't want to give us supplies bc they want them bonues if they stay under budget. We have no stock in the closets, they always pick on the good workers while the other workers take extended breaks, talk all day man I'm tired of this do something has tiger done about this company.

I worked for CRothall laundry services in lakeland fl and this is by far the worst company I have worked for they mistreat their employee and fires employee with no remorse. They are a joke glad I left and would never look or refer anybody to look for work there.

After working for 6 years as an employee of the hospital, Crothall was hired to take over our department. I was a contingent employee, but worked regularly. When this company took over, they would not call me into work. I went to The hospital HR to complain but they could not do anything about it. So I then, emailed the Vice President of Crothallto to complain. After the complaint they called me into work. I had not worked for two months, in the meantime we booked a cruise that was going to be a few months later, that I told them about. The boss said, just let us know when it gets closer to you going. A few weeks before the date for vacation, I told them again not to schedule me. They said, we didn't approve of you going. So if you go, you will be fired. I was fired. I tried fighting this showing my emails etc but no one cared or listened. They have the right to do whatever they want. They are called an "at will" company.
During the time I worked with Crothall, they would call me in the office to complain about stuff, that, they themselves were caught doing. Stupid everyday mistakes that everyone makes. Then they wanted me to sign the paper about the complaint. They are a horrible company because they do not care about their employees. They only care bout their own agenda.

I agree with all the complain for this Company Crothall the " WORSE " Company, they hiring stuped people like management, they don' t have idea how to treat their Employment, they think we are Slave, they dont respect employers, the worse Company, they hiring people who dont care patiente live, they dont desinfect the room correct, i saw many of those people at UCH, if im a patiente never go to the Hospital, poor quqlity of Cleaning, ! Feel Sad for patiente !

I work at UK in Lexington, Ky. Crothall is horrible. I got hurt yesterday but didn't think nothing of it. I always have aches and pains. I didn't turn it in. My fellow employees saw me in pain today and one of them called it in. I got wrote up for not telling them yesterday. Then I got interrogated by Charlene, and she accused me of fraud. And she stated that fraud would be too expensive for me. Our boss Deb, is a bully. She has told us that if we try to go up against her we won't win. She called another employee a piece of s**t. The young woman was pregnant. We get lied on. It's stupid and for $10 an hour. I loved the work, but the management is just horrible.

I am currently an employee working with Crothall healthcare @chkd. When I first stared they had a manager that played fair she was talented didn't take to much to showing favoritism but played by the rules. Unfortunately the lady who coerced in getting her out is now management and she talks nasty to the employees. She dress like she's going to somebody club and she's constantly talking about the employees. When the other manager was here she didn't allow that she wanted everyone as a team player. She did things for us that they do not even do. She gave us hope and encouragement that it was going to get better but over time I see that it didn't. My last day with this company is April and everywhere I go I will kindly tell them to not apply for this kind of company who doesn't have an open door policy yet alone don't hold private meetings with employees to let them voice there thoughts and opinion. In my own opinion bring back the people who ranned it the right way and not let the employees run them. I hope that they one day see that they shall investigate why they turnover rate in employment is so high due to management. Just looking outside in they seem to be getting all these contracts but cant even keep up with the contracts they have. Its only a matter of time before there contract end and they will know why.
