1st of all thank you for providing a platform where I can submit a complaint and I hope that someone will look into this and assist me here.
My name is usman aslam and I am an old customer on daraz.pk and I have ordered many products through daraz but I have never returned any package to daraz but the problem is I ordered 2 pieces for audionic headphones, my order #[protected] and here is the link:

So when I received these headphones I am really disappointed because of the following reasons:
1- I unboxed only one, the size of the headphones are not over-ear these are on-ear size, please see the attached picture for the difference.
2- I used these headphones to call one of my office colleague my sound was resonating a lot and I can't use these headphones to call my clients.
I immediately opened the return on daraz and packed the item and send both the items back to daraz and they received that package within 4 days after delivery to me.
I contacted their support to get to know the status and the representative told me that you will receive the refund within 1-6 days and then after 4 days daraz told me that they have inspected the product and its not defective so they are sending it back so of course, the product is working but it's not working properly because the microphone is not working fine that's why I returned the item and the size is not as described. Also, I selected the reason
Reason: item is defective / not functioning / does not turn on
Because this is the only reason which looks fine but the daraz.pk is saying that I have opened the case because of change of mind if this one is the case then I should have ordered 1, not 2.

Also, they offered my daraz wallet refund, not a money-back but still, they are not even giving me daraz wallet? Is this the way and policy for the e-commerce site? There is not a single market in the world that has this stupid policy.
I will really appreciate it if please you guys look into this and help me out here as I opened a return for a genuine reason within the time frame and sent back all the accessories and in the same packaging.
