My account with date my age was deactivated as soon as I subscribed, I submitted to 150 credits yesterday 5th of July, only for my account to be deactivated, I have been in the site since on the 9th of May that my account was created, as soon as I got 150 credit to enable reply some messages, datemyage deactivated my account, Is the site there just to scam people and not connect people? How can I get my account back? This is unfair because my brother actually warn me about the site when he was tying to help me subscribe, he suspected it but I didn't believe, how can they possibly collect my $19.99 and deactivate my account? Why? I'm trying to Attach here the receipt received yesterday for payment.

Claimed loss: If my account can not be reactivated, I will appreciate a refund of my $19.99 to my geegpay account

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've encountered with your DatemyAge account. We understand how frustrating it must be to have your account deactivated right after subscribing and purchasing credits.

After thorough verification, we've determined that your account has been deactivated due to some security concerns on the transaction location mismatch. Such action was done in accordance to the Section 6 of the Terms and Conditions of the platform which entails a refund to the same card used in purchasing the membership. Your 19.99$ membership payment though partially used has been completely voided on the 5th of July and should have appeared in your statement the same day.

Our goal is to provide a positive experience for all our users, and we regret that we have fallen short in your case. We value your feedback and are dedicated to improving our services.
