First of all, the cream they sell does not at all do what it claims. I saw zero results.

Second, I received a free trial plus $3.97 S&H only to find out after I opened the box that there would be a $9.95 restocking fee if returned and a $19.65 restocking fee if returned opened. If you don't return the product and pay the restocking fee, you are committed to purchase the product for $69.95.

Their return policy is at the bottom of their web page in small print. It wasn't showing up at the top of the screen where I was purchasing it.

They should not be allowed to advertise it as a free trial if they charge you to return it. And the examples they've used on their website are a complete fraud.

I believe Dermitage is preying on those of us who are desperate to look younger.

This just isn't how you do business and it's underhanded.

I never ordered anything from these idiots and they sent me this free trial for wrinkle cream. Im a 24 year old male. What the hell would I need wrinkle cream for. I called up and all they could tell me was that I have to send it back and pay shipping. They had an account number of mine to a checking account that I dont even use, so I dont know how they got it, but they did. Im not paying for it, and Im not paying for shipping to send something back that I didnt order. The lady on the phone was a complete ###.

I would suggest that you also take a look at the other posting on here, it has alot of info about triclear's parent company Syndero, and thier contact info along with thier other products Onlingo, Dermitage, Internet Career Kit, and whatever else they are hiding behind.

I had a similar situation with this company and after threatening them with my local Attorney Generals office here in Florida, the BBB, and filing a chargeback with my bank they finally agreed to refund my money.

I would suggest that you dont stop with the CSR's, demand a supervisor or manager and if they still wont help you demand to go higher. All the names are on the Syndero web site of thier Board of Directors along with the founders of the company Brad Klaus and the VP of Customer Service listed as Corri Tanner.

In my dealings I was able to get a direct number to her which is [protected] and [protected]. I also found thier email addresses listed as ctanner@syndero.com and bklaus@syndero.com.

Once I contacted Ms. Tanner she seemed willing to do anything to stop me from contacting the Board of Directors about the service (or lack there of) which I recevied from her department. She agreed to refund my account in full for 3 months worth of products and cancelled any further attempts to my card.

I hope that this helps you! They cannot continue to get away with scamming peoples money!

I completely agree that this company is a rip off. I too have been charged over a $140 for signing up for a free trail. I didn't even get the 2nd shipment they are claiming to have sent. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and also contacted the FTC (federal Trade Commission )and encourage everyone who has been scammed by this company to FIGHT BACK! I'm still waiting for a resolution.

Shame on me, I know better.

Dermitage, the company and it's practices are fraudulent. They puposely mislead with respect to what the product does and purposely hide details on restocking fees and automatic subscription from the customer who thinks he/she is getting a free trial of the product. I doubt they have any monthly return buyers so they scam the free trial people with restocking fees and unauthorized credit card charges. I do not see anywhere on the web were the owners of this company make themselves known. They are hiding from the public from whom they have stolen.

I cancelled my card and got a new one to keep them from charging me the first 89! My bank said that was a good step to take. Take action fast!

I ordered a "free" trial version last night and paid for shipping with my debit card and then I got the confirmation email that highlighted that if I didn't return the product in 20 days I would get charged $89 and if I didn't cancel after that I would get charged 89 A MONTH! I called my bank to file a fraudulent claim, but they said it's technically not fraudulent, because they will send the product and you can cancel. The problem is that if you call the number THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE! There is no way to cancel or to return the product unless you can get them on the phone, so you will get trapped in a $89 a month subscription unless you take other actions. I canceled my card and am getting a new one. Besides this money trap, I heard the product is unsafe and burns people's skin, so I will be throwing my sample away when it comes! I'd return it to be polite, but I can't!

I just applied and paid for the free trial! Didn't know it was a scam til after I already paid! I already checked my bank account and the shipping charge already shows up. If I cancel my card before the "other charges" can they still charge me the $99 or the restocking fee of $20 ?

Vanity is the key factor here and in most scams. It's people like most of you here that keep scammers in business. Yes, they are the bad guys, but they prey on the vain and dull-witted. Use your damn brains, people. There is no quick and easy way to be healthy, look younger, lose weight, quit smoking, etc., etc. Stop getting sucked into these scams. Ultimately, it's your own damn fault for being stupid.

I am one of the idiots who thought I would look better if I tried and frankly when Glamour Magazine called it the best -I belived it! I kept the trial sample and paid the 89.99 figuring it must take me over 14 days to respond! But today I called to cancel any further shipments and the rep said that he would willingly cancel the account, but they had already shipped the 2 shipment and that I would have to pay for it. I said that was ridiculous and that I had to be able to return the product and be issued credit once they got it back, right? He said no we do not work that way so I told him that I would just call my cc company and tell them to stop payment and he said well once you receive the shipment call and get a RMA#. Hopefully that works or I am out of $95.00 again! So much for looking younger!

Bottom line Dermitage along with Kumaara and Ookisa (all affliated) products do not work. With those three products my mother, sister, and cousins said that Dermitage caused redness, break outs, irritation, burning, and other sensations. When they called in the representative explained that those sensations would subside after the first few weeks of use then they'd see the results. After the first few weeks they continued to use along with Kumaara and Ookisa and the sensations experienced with all of those products (break outs in the scalp area occurred with the Ookisa Shampoo line) DID NOT subside and none of the promised and advertised results were seen. My friend used to work for a company that handled those Dermitage and all those accounts. That's how I was able to pass the word on to my family for them to try but my friend did the statistics of the calls he got. 67% of people experienced the same thing my family experienced. 67 percent! not a good stat for a company who sells dermitage, kumaara and ookisa. DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU THEY'RE ALL AFFILIATED. SAME WAREHOUSE ADDRESS AND ALL. NO OTHER LINES OF PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED FROM THAT ADDRESS SO THEY HAVE TO BE AFFILIATED.

This company conducts business by fraud. They never disclosed the full terms on their so-called free trial. DO NOT order any "free sample" from this scam bags! I will contact attorney general's office in California to report this company. I encourage other people do the same thing!

I too was put into the same predicament. I signed up for what I thought was free and that I only have to pay for shipping. I carefully looked at the terms and conditions and nothing was highlighted to indicate that I have to pay the product in full if I don't return it in 30 days, Today I received another package and that is when I went balistics with this company. IT IS FRAUD either way you look at it. I complained and they issued an RMA #, but I have to pay the shipping charges. I refused and called my credit card company and complained. I asked that my credit card be canceled and issued another one. I also asked the credit card company to help me refute the charges. Don't let this company fool you..I am in the process of engaging the state attorney general of California.

The company is a total fraud. The products don't work at all. If you sign up for the "free trial" where you pay the postage, they send it to you - great. The product doesn't work so you don't order more. Low and behold, another package shows up -- two products for over $100 -- that I didn't order. But wait, there's more. They then charged me the same amount for the "free trial"! I called and was told that that's the way they work. They refused to take back the shipment. I will be contacting my credit card company about these folks, believe me.

I was on the Revale website when an ad for the Dermitage Anti-Aging System popped up. It clearly stated FREE
trial offer, just pay for shipping . I thought it might be good to give it a try for the cost of shipping. I filled out the
order which showed zer0 charged for the two products and $3.97 for shipping. I just received the products today
with an invoice of $129.90 discounted to $89.95. There was also a notice that my credit card will be on automatic charge for the same amount every month. They also made reference that their offer of FREE trial was only for 14
days ... All a SURPRISE to me! I called the company immediately and told them I do not want to try their
product and not to charge my credit card for any automatic shipment.

This is the first time I have EVER fallen for this online "free trial" BS. It is because of companies like Kumaara and Dermitage that legitimate companies can't get people to try their product. I ordered trials of both products. There was $5.95 shipping charge for both of them. I didn't read the fine print in the packaging as the "free-trial" web page made it look like there were no strings attached to trying their product. Of course, had I been blown away by the results I may have actually paid for the product beyond the free-trial; I saw ZERO resultd from these products. I feel as though I wasted my time and energy on even trying them- if they actually were free!

My first $99.95 charge showned on my credit card a couple of weeks later. By the time I received the bill, the charge had been on my card for 30-days and they still had not even shipped anything! To Dermitage's credit they did refund the charge aand did not give me a hard time about it. Before I paid my credit card bill I called to be sure that charge had been removed; it had- incredibly, Kumaara had placed their $99.95 fee. I received no notice, email or otherwise, that either company would be charging my account.

I called Kumaara and asked that they remove to charge, expecting a similar experience to the one I had with Dermitage. Kumaara was not so easy to deal with. They did agree to remove the charge if I return the unused portion of the "free-trial" that I paid $5.95 for. I agreed to do so. I will have to see what happens. I plan to spend yet additional money on this crappy product so that I can get a signature confirmation of delivery. Kumaara told me that the details of my conrcat were on my shipping slip that came with the product; a slipping slip I no longer have. Kumaara claims the little jar and tube I received were a full two month supply and this is what the $99.95 fee was actuallt for. This means that for less than an once of product I would be charged $105.90, and the product DOES NOT EVEN WORK! Ridiculous!
