Dog Breeder review: Breeder who lies, misrepresents and does not fulfill her promises and contracts

I purchased a puppy from Sherrie Rouse on March 15, 2011. The puppy was supposed to be born on Dec. 25th of 2010. The puppy had a severe Urinary Tract infection when I arrived to pick her up (after a 3 hour drive). Sherrie knew this and never mentioned it. She insisted that the puppy was just fine, and insisted that I take her rather than make the trip again. She said it was not serious and it would clear up in less than 48 hours and that this was a common issue with female puppies. I brought the puppy home and after much care and expense on my part she did get better however it was a very expensive and difficult experience which should never have happened. Sherrie Rouse cares nothing about the animals, her only concern is the money. I paid GOOD MONEY for this puppy and have a signed contract from her. I was given and paid for full breeder rights to this female. However to this day (18 months later) I still have no registration papers on this dog. She tells me she needs dna samples from the mother and tells me that the mother is in Colorado. She has repeatedly lied to me and now totally avoids any e-mails or calls from me. Anyone who is even thinking of purchasing a dog from her...PLEASE reconsider. She is a liar and misrepresents everything and has an excuse for everything. She has no integrity and she deserves to be shut down. I would hate to see anyone else get swindled out of good money when there are plenty of good reputable breeders out there who do not treat good, honest paying customers in this manner. I would love to hear from anyone who has had a similar experience as I am going to seek legal counsel regarding this issue because I am unable to even breed this female with any hopes of selling the pups simply because she refuses to fulfill her end of the contract and supply me with the papers she promised and agreed to do. I will do anything within my power to see that she doesn't take advantage of anyone else. She does have a face book page...it is under Sherrie Rouse...and she advertises her dogs on many sites.
