DonnaPlay unauthorized withdrawal from Mastercard

Today I Found that NOK 420 has been removed from my MasterCard in Den Norske Bank (Norway). I demand that the sum is returned immediately. I do not want any subscription from this site. The advertisement I responded to and gave my MCaccount number to- explicitly stated that there would be no charges, if nothing was purchased from the site. Your withdrawal is fraud, and if the money is not returned - my lawyer will contact the police first thing in the morning tomorrow.

DonnaPlay False Advertising and Unauthorized Charge

An advertisement led to DonnaPlay said that I can watch movies for free after registeration. In the process I filled in my credit card and found there are only a five-day trail! And the movie it promised is not available! Moreover, it charges much payment after the trail! Now I have cancelled my membership and I definitely won't trust the website any more! I wanna cancel the bind of credit card but there's no access! I strongly require cancelling the bind!

DonnaPlay Unauthorised withdraw fron my account!

Ref:083-82-[protected].
I subscribed to a free months trail, then to subscribe it was pay £1.99. They took 2.95 from my account on the 29/07/15. Even after paying I could not watch the film! and the films available are old. So you are lead to believe new releases are available! A further payment of £11.95 was taken from my account on the 13/08/15 two weeks after the supposed 1 month free trial which actually cost £1.99 then £2.95 was taken. This made my account overdrawn which cost me another £28.00! I cancelled the unauthorised and misleading direct debit with my bank. On the 12/09/15 a further £11.95 has been taken! For what exactly? The telephone contact number for Donnaplay.com is not an actual contact number! To cancel you have to register and pay a cancellation fee of which I am not paying due to the fact they have already stolen my money. The London office, registered as Content Roots ltd is now a dormant company so it is a SCAM!

DonnaPlay Fraud and dishonesty

Do not use Donnaplay, it is a costly mistake.

Having signed up for a free trial, I foolishly agreed to pay a dollar, I was subsequently charged £1 about $1.50 plus a further £9.49 in order to get out of my membership. Complain to your credit card company and get your money back.

Have nothing to do with Donnaplay

DonnaPlay Unauthorized registration, charge to cancel

I did not complete the Donnaplay registration. I did get as far as entering my credit card info, but then went back a page and removed all the data. I was still given a "30 day ree trial" and advised my card would be charged $37 to renew if I did not cancel. I found their website and tried to cancel whatever it was they thought I had. To get "express" cancellation cost $0.99. That moved me to the top of the list. The implication being if I didn't pay $0.99 they might not get around to cancelling me until after the $37 cha

DonnaPlay Spam And Fake

I was actually looking forward to watch the Naruto: Baruto Movie today and i went through the same problem which most of you guys have mentioned. Gave out the credit card number and they charged me $2.00 yet the movie was not in the website and when i tried to log in again it said invalid username and password. They are fake and they get people saying it is free to watch the movie yet have to give information out. I hope everyone cancel their credit card accounts and place an order for a new one. Be safe.

I am the author of a book that is being offered as a free pdf download. This is a violation of copyright law; it's illegal; it's thievery. I will be reporting this scam to a legal advisor, but I also want to warn others who've stumbled onto this site.

This may well be a front for a Chinese hacking site, since another Chinese site with a fake home page also offers my book for free.

Please do not download my book: The Earth Knows My Name. Buy it legally at a book store or online via Beacon Press or Amazon. But do not participate in the scams that rob authors of their meagre royalties.

DonnaPlay taking money from bank

on the 28th of July 2015 I went on the Donnaplay website there have taken many payments out of my bank. I have sent a email because i can not get them on the number that is on line, and still have not heard anything i am from the UK. i would like to cancel my membership, i also would like the money back that they have taken.

DonnaPlay Never heard of it

Just checking on line bank statements and noticed three transactions of just under £12 each. The description was donnaplay.com. POS
I have not used this debit card since April and would never subscribe to on line games or anything like it as this is a business account.
All I can do for now is hope the Email I just sent to [protected]@donnaplay.com does what I have asked them to do.
Cancel any future transactions and refund all past and present.

A couple of months ago I noticed a similar thing on another account from google apps so I logged on to the account and followed the cancel account instructions I thought I'd put the loss down to experience and did not complain.
They all seem to be at it large companies charging millions of people regular small amounts probably just inside the law somehow and only refunding the ones that will not go away.

DonnaPlay Dishonesty

On 18th August 2015 I was foolish enough to sign up to this website. Having given my credit card details for registration purposes only, I was then charged for a FREE 5 day trial.

I had signed up via you tube as they said they had a film I wanted to see. Having got there I could not find it on their site.
I am now going to be charged a full months membership unless I pay a fee for cancellation.

DonnaPlay False Advertisement, Unauthorized Charges

I was trying to watch an episode of "Bring it" on youtube. I was directed to a video that said that it was removed but if I click on the link below I would be able to access the episode for free. When I was directed to the link I was told I had to register with an email address and I had to enter a credit card number that would not be charged. I was also told I would have free regular membership. I followed the directions and confirmed my email address. Then I was directed to a page with extra paid services at $1 or $2.95. I did not want any premium services because I was not interested in watching movies or downloading games. I clicked the continue button and was redirected to a page that said I had purchased the five day premium membership for $1. I called immediately the number they had provided to cancel and complained that my credit card had been charged. They gave me a cancellation number and said they refunded my money. Then I received an email confirming my cancellation. The email also stated that I could use my premium membership until that day ended. I just wanted to access the regular free membership. I was still trying to view the episode I had originally clicked on. Every time I clicked on TV Shows I got a dialogue box that said "Confirm Premium Membership $9.95" and it would not let me do anything else. I called the number again and asked how to view the TV episode I was trying to see. I was told that they do not have any TV shows from Lifetime and it must have been a misdirected link. See my attachment to verify it was not a mistake. They purposely advertise that I could see the episode by clicking the link. I told the representative that it was specifically stated that I would be able to see the show I wanted, if I clicked on the link. This is definitely a scam. Now I have to cancel my card or carefully look for any unauthorized charges from now on. I want donnaplay.com to be prohibited from baiting people with links to see something and then tricking them into buying something that has nothing to do with the original link. I posted a comment on the link and they have taken it down from the original video clip on youtube.com..

DonnaPlay Trustworthiness

Their advertising claiming that you can watch films for free is a complete con as it requires credit card info for validation of id. site says free, but then they charge you a holding fee. I was eventually linked through to this site from YouTube. Needless to to say it's an absolute SCAM. I was eventually able to contact them today to cancel membership. However, I am going to contact my credit card company to ensure that their are no further charges as I do not trust the integrity of this company.

DonnaPlay Tricky icon download/free trial

It happen to me too. I got charge $2.95 and $1.00
I called them right away and they cancelled it and i was given confirmation that it was refunded.I just need to wait for my credit card statement that The money was returned they say after 21 days.
Any ways..
For all of you guys that made the mistake of signing up for free movies.
When you go to the website.
Dont click on the free trial or download icon.
If you keep on scrolling down. You will see a little screen of the movie that you wanted to watch.
It is just tricky at first coz we are all excited for the movie . But actually it was just there if we just keep on scrolling down.

DonnaPlay Talking money from my visa

This web site ´Donnaplay.com´ withdrawed money from my visa account without my permission! They charged me for free trial $ 84.90 CAN . The problem is that i dont have account with them and even i didnt registered in their web site! I dont know how they get access to my visa info! I give them a call to verify from that, they just simply said that will refund me without any more explanation how they get access to my visa info! Scammed website

DonnaPlay Fraud

I am Indian citizen. I wanted live streaming of "French Open" tennis May 31 2015 and got redirected to donnaplay. Paid for premium membership and immediately realized that there is no live streaming at all. Cancelled the membership immediately and was promised partial refund within few days, well its one month and no sign of money. No proper reply on contacting customer support. Also they are holding my card information and not cancelling my free membership. And the most ridiculous thing is they are charging for "EXPRESS CANCELLATION". How weird it can get ? I wonder what USA state authorities are doing regarding this. I strongly urge USA citizens to spread the word around about this fraud DONNAPLAY to save gullible people around the world. Also urge authorities to block to shut down this scam.

DONNAPLAY charged me at least 15 times of 30 dollars since 2014 from my bank account without my authorization. It is 15times because it is the latest transaction history I can date back to. Please REFUND THE MONEY BACK TO ME ASAP OTHERWISE LEGAL ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN PLACE.

DonnaPlay Membership

On June 23, 2015, I signed up for a free Donnaplay account. It immediately tried to force me to upgrade to a premium account so I left their site. The next day I got an email from them confirming my free account with zero billed to my credit card. I tried to cancel my membership but then was told I would need to PAY for an express cancellation. I wrote them an email demanding the cancellation and that nothing would be billed to my credit card. I got a return email stating my account had already been cancelled. If there is a charge to my credit card, there will be war!

i just wanted to check the 5 days trail, just to see what were they offering, but they don't have nothing of my interest, so i wanted to cancel the membership, but on the website, they don't give you the option to cancel the service, and for my surprise, a lot of people has the same issue with them, so i just want to cancel the membership, because i don't want to be charged with 10.95 monthly

Yesterday I created an account with this DONNAPLAY and said $0 was going to be charged and still got charged for $2.95 and said that will be charged everyman the. Now I want to at least log in because I want to cancel it and I can do nothing, it won't let me get in and searching in Google I saw I will be charged $35 f*** for cancelatión. DonnaPlay False advertisement

I went to you tube to whach a movie. You Tube said the movie was removed and pointed to a site in the description below. So I selected it, Donnaplay site came up and the advertisement said whach movies for free. I thought ok I'll check it out. The next screen that came up was the registration site including credit card number. It said this number is for registration only and will not take out any money without your permission. The next screen said five day free trial to whach the movies. I called and had my account closed immediately. My complaint is why didn't they say "Whach free movies on a five day trial period" on the first page instead of taking my time to fill out all the info and, then, tell me it's only free for five days. I was given the impression that the movies were free on the first page because of the way it's advertised. Is this considered false advertisement?

I have just found I have been paying for something I had no idea was charging me and was unaware how I got signed up for it for 7 months. I never used it and did not know I was being charged. Such theft, shameful.

I put in my information because they said it would be a free five day trial, and they said they would tell me when it was over and if I wanted to continue. But, it took a whole bunch of money out of my account, and I want my money back!

I am charged Rupees 1330 on 29.07.2016 from donnaplay.com without any prior information or purchase. Such fraudulent activities are subject to court cases & I am willing to go on that route if charges are refunded asap.

I signed up to help me get mp3 downloads . I did what they tould me to do. Then it wouldn't work i tried to cancel . They gave me a refund but on the same day they have taken more money out . I keep tring to get my money back since october . Still no refund .. how can i get my money back ?

Donnaplay...what a mob of [censor]! All the same has happened to me but I signed up for absolutely NOTHING! I don't know how they got hold of my credit card details and for 9 months, without my knowledge because I haven't checked my statements...silly me, they have been taking approximately $25 per month! I am fastidious at keeping a diary where I write everything I do each day but I can find absolutely NOWHERE any indication that I dealt with this poisonous crew at all! I cannot believe they haven't been tracked down by now as so many people are being affected! Why can't anything be done? Is it absolutely impossible to track them down?
