DraftKings review: Holding my winnings and locked my account 1

On 10/6/23 I was playing on Draftkings and I won a little over $1000. I requested to withdrawal and it kicked back. I sent a message on the app, and I was told that it was something with my card. I then contacted my card company and explained the situation to them and they said there is nothing wrong with my card and they do not see an attempt for any deposit from Draftkings. I then contacted Draftkings again and told them what my card company said. They then gave me the generic answer that it takes 3-5 business days and if I requested my withdrawal on a Friday, nothing would process until Monday. This is extremely false as I have made many withdrawls different days of the week at different times and I have always received my money in seconds. I stopped playing just for a couple hours to see if I was going to receive my winnings. After a couple hours, I decided to go back on and play because I still had money to play with after the $1000 would have been withdrew, well I hit again and this time it was for $1800. I went out of the game to try and withdraw that money and low and behold, I get a message that my account has been locked for review! I have emailed them, left voicemails, and sent messages through the chat. IF I get any response from them it is the same answer, we are reviewing it and we are working diligently to get your account back up and running. I have asked why my account is locked all of a sudden when I have been making deposit and withdraw with the same card since I started playing. They have yet to give me a straight answer and worse of all they still have not given me my winnings. I have right around $3000 sitting in my account, that I need, and I can not get it? For what reason? At this point I could care less about my account, I just want my winnings that I paid and played for. They have no issues taking my deposit money, but when I win there is an issue all of a sudden?
