We had all the contact info corrected including paying a seal to link on our website back in October, 2010. It has been going great then all of a sudden D&B sent a report to TSA that our company is inactive, in March, 2011. TSA sent the report to our freight forwarder which in turn deactivated our company as a shipper so we cannot ship any products through them. I had all the contact information corrected back in October and I was assured that everything is okay. I checked the link and I check the profile, everything is correct. I called them in March and they told me they tried to call our number and the number is no longer in service. The number they were calling was an old number and has been deactivated back in 2007. What makes me mad is that I went through all these phone calls with their Customer Service, Account Rep and corrected everything, then all of a sudden the old phone nos, came back . Of course they will not get our company at that no and it will say the no, .is out of service if no one owns that no., With a company that the govenrment depends on, and you are talking to someone in India for your personal information; and the company is all over the place with our information that is not even accurate. you cannot do anything online because they want you to pay before you can do anything online. They want you to talk to someone so they can sell you their services before you even begin to correct your information. This is very frustrating because the government depends on their accuracy.

Dunn and Bradstreet has added a person to our company that has never or will ever be involved with our company. We get letters from banks, Verizon, credit card companies with this persons name on them. I called Wells Fargo when I got an offer for a line of credit from them and told them that the person did not exist and I was infomed that D&B had added that persons name as a contact. I have called D&B several times to correct this information...it seems that they either don't know how or just don't give a damn. When I call, I am forced to go through a grueling interview about us and they still can't fix it. I'm afraid to give them any more info for them to corrupt. This is a useless dinosaur of a "company".
