My name is Janice, and I am from Green Bay, Wisconsin. I have already sent a request to E-Trade asking them to remove all the baby ads from their website and stop showing them on TV. E-Trade has ignored my request, and therefore, I am issuing a cease and desist letter. If E-Trade STILL does not comply with the request after receiving this complaint letter, further action will be taken. What action? It will depend on the severity of the delinquency by E-Trade. If E-Trade DOES comply, no further action will be taken. Take this letter SERIOUSLY, and please remove all the ads so further action does NOT have to take place. Thank you.----Janice, Green Bay, Wisconsin

suspect a margin violation by e-trade, it panicked Fri 10/10/08 when the market fell like crazy. Sent out a message on the account (not thru email) a margin call that day with a due date that day, and within less than 2 hours sold account holdings on its own and then sent out, this time thru email the next day, saying you have 'trade confirmations"
Inadequate time (due date) given after margin notice (in account), and sold out same day as notice given without any authorization from account holder. Do you know what to do now?
Anyone having similar experience please email me at Masterhq@aol.com
The same thing happened to me on 10/17/08. They sold all the stocks in my account and when I called, told me that I had exceeded my "margin account." I didn't have a margin account as far as I knew. I have complained by email with etrade and will file a complaint with the SEC if they don't reinstate my account. When I get more info. from my lawyer and finance friends I will take this as far as possible. If etrade had emailed me or called me as a courtesy I would not be angry but this kind of theft is inexcusable.
Ha! Good luck with that!
I and my husband absolutely LOVE the baby ads! If we had some money to invest we would use E-Trade! LOL
I agree with the others: Take your Meds. Take that pole out of your keester.
