Dear Sir, Ma
The above named company is a logistic company i resisted with i bought some items in amazon which include perfumes, watches, children cloths and a supplement, the items arrived in my suite and the consolidated and even over charge me the sum of $182.14 for shipping, which i agreed, the told me dhl don't ship perfumes to nigeria i said is ok the advise me to change to fedex which i agreed the ship by fedex with tracking no [protected] on 19th sep 2014, to my surprise the wrote me an email telling me that my country refuse to accept entry of perfumes, which i contested because is not true because i have being shipping perfumes to Nigeria so the told me if i will agree to remove the perfumes and ship the rest of my items, the i ask the what will be the faith of my perfumes the become silent, then i told them the should please return my items to my US Suite to enable change another logistic company. find below emails between me an them.Shipito package P7750-AH: information request(18)

it contains perfume, which is a restricted item in Nigeria. Please

itu alasannya kenapa saya lebih suka menggunakan Viabox. selain harganya murah, pelayanannya juga cepat. CS akan merespon dalam waktu 1-12 jam. selain itu, saya juga bisa minta untuk dikirimkan gambar paket tanpa dikenai biaya sedikitpun.
