On discharge from (Ward) 'IPU2 ' nurse Tim was very difficult to get my belongings for me to take when leaving.
Now complaint is specifically that I've since been there with a written list (see claimed loss section).
As it happens it was again Tim that spoke to me in person when I arrived, said he would look for my items and give me a call today irrespective of whether he found anything.
I followed up with a call because that didn't happen. Already annoyed about this situation got nurse Leah who wasn't any help when I said I'm going to lodge feedback so googled as she suggested and found this Complaint Registration Form.
Speaking with Leah what was to happen that day for being in contact didn’t match anything what was to occur as I described over the phone – just were lies on her part.
CLAIMED LOSS - Not fitting that section.
- Charger for Philips brand model type electric shaver.
- Belts x2 both brown, one not so good condition, the other very good.
- 1x dark grey track suit pants - white stripe down leg.
- A Yellow 'Rebel Sports' shopping bag, Not plastic.
- Another Red shopping bag, again Not plastic.
* These items were all on my list that I showed and described to Tim when there.
DESIRED OUTCOME - Not fitting that section.
My items returned and it bought to light the total disregard these people showed towards getting my items. * Contact me on my mobile number [protected].
Of note non-return of Charger for electric shaver means I need to buy another electric shaver to replace it. (cost was approx. $90 when I purchased it).
I am not happy about having to repurchase the three items at the top of this list due to negligence and total lack of interest to help.
