In the following video, ebay seller Hubcapjoes AKA youtube's crazeenydriver is posting user ID's on youtube which in and of itself is a privacy concern. In this url, if you scroll to the bottom of the page we have the whois evidence listed in a screenshot from his hosting account. YOUR TOP RATED SELLER is abusing eBay buyers and sellers by posting garbage about them on the internet.
On this page, it's shown that there is audio files of Joseph Demarco AKA seller Hubcapjoes abusing people. Even doxing their workplace and sending an employee's employer registered letters telling the employer that the employee has a loaded gun and is dangerous to get him terminated from his union job:

Here is (2) counts of mail fraud registered letters sent by Joseph Demarco to Detroit Thermal Systems, an employees workplace shown by DeMarco himself where he has criminally stalked another eBay community member and former seller.

Attached is an audio file where he told people on youtube that ebay has given him things to attack mr Fitch.
This seller should be removed so we're trying to protect the community so that ebay can be what it once was. A trusted place to buy and sell without sellers like this abusing people using other platforms. If swift action is not taken on this seller, we have no choice but to file a complaint against your company for online racketeering and criminal web stalking from one of your sellers.

I will send this out registered mail to your agent so that I know you received this. Please email me back to advise with the actions if any you'll be taking. We strongly feel that this abuse will continue to give ebay a black eye and Devin should be interested in putting it to bed finally or there may be legal action.
Once this guy started making videos about the doxing of the employer DTS he stepped over the line and if eBay Inc continues to protect this seller and allow him to sell, eBay Inc will be responsible and liable for damages. It is in eBay's best interest to remove this seller according to your own terms of service for violations of abuse and targeted harassment.

Count 1: Charles Fitch was profiled by reporter Rob Wolchek for WJBK Fox News In the hall of shame. Fox news has called Fitch and Internet predator and international menace. Fitch has been stalking and harassing people online for over 10 years. Fitch was kicked off eBay for violating their policies and from that moment on has launched a one-man crusade against eBay and all successful top rated sellers. Fitch would create fake steath accounts in order to win items from his victims, then not pay, and then leave the seller negative feedback. Count 2: Fitch would call eBay and continues to do so to this day. He will make up fake stories about any seller that he does not like and claim that he was defrauded by them. I should tell you that last year in 2018 eBay issued a legal letter to Charles Fitch. It was a cease and desist letter. A copy of that letter is available for your perusal at the website above and clearly shows that Fitch is forbidden to use eBay services in any manner whatsoever, yet Fitch continues to flaunt that directive and abuse eBay sellers at will. For this matter alone he could be arrested and jailed.
Count 3: Fitch runs several abusive websites that are designed to slander and harass people he does not like. The amount of time he spends creating and updating these websites is almost unbelievable. The man has no social life whatsoever and has been called a recluse by the news media.
Count 4: Fitch owns a loaded registered Glock handgun. He has shown this handgun several times on YouTube and bragged about owning it. Recently, only a few months ago Fitch called eBay to make a slanderous fictitious complaint against an eBay seller and bragged to the eBay customer service representative that he, Fitch, carries his gub with him at all times. Fitch even uploaded this conversation to YouTube, which constitutes a breach of privacy because eBay did not give him authorization to have this conversation released. The important part is that Fitch does brag about carrying a gun and this threat should be looked at by the Wayne county Michigan authorities.
Count 5: Fitch has had hundreds and hundreds of YouTube channels which were created for the sole purposes of bullying, harassing and stalking individuals. Almost all of them have been shut down but as quick as they have been shutdown he creates new ones because he changes his IP address to thwart the google bots. Count 6: As of January 2019 1950s employed at Detroit thermal systems in Romulus Michigan. The employees that have reached out for help because they know about his gun threats and they are in fear for their safety.
