Hello all webmasters, if you are thinking of an a payment gateway solution for your business avoid totally ebs.in(E-billing Solutions) its one of the most unprofessional, fraudulent payment gateway solution provider who do not have any solid base, the staff is only engaged in fooling new client.Once you make a payment they dont know who you are.They staff namely-pushpa, neeta, jigisha (dont know what their real names are) who just make fool of Clients once you pay.their support system is always offline and support ticket system is of no use as there is never solution to any client problem.i have lost around rs10, 000 on this fraud company and much more as i waited for their approval for online transaction.i l soon be moving court to recover money and looses.once more Please be aware of this company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Surprisingly, I am facing the exact same issues. No one seems to care in this company and there is nothing in the name of service and commitment. I try to contact them 10 times a day but never get response back, so far they have already taken over 3 months for the procedure that they said will take 20 - 30 days and my business is struggling big time because of their non-ethical attitude. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED !

Yes, we also signed in the month of June and their marketing executive stressed for Rs. 86 for signing up process and followed me like something. The marketing executive name is Charles ([protected]). Once when we contacted him for filling the forms and other docs, he has said "Only getting new account is my job, other things follow with Alkeya". She is again a lazy perk it seems, she will never respond to our calls or reply to the mails.
My sincere request, "PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH EBS; THEY ARE NOT SERVICE ORIENTED". They think that with all that 25, 000 they get, work is over. Again its CEO has no responsibility there. I wonder how they have these structures. Even after writing to their CEO, they give false commitments.

I am with ebs for last 60 days approx.
for the first 30 days all went smoothly but recently without any reason my account has been on holdand all my settlements stopped. Every time I called I get the reply that without the bank approval we won't be able to do anything.
Not a single customer have disputed any of my payments neither there is a proper response why there is a hold.
Soon I will move to consumer forum.
Enough is enough. They are a bunch of fraud people. Never listen to them.
