I would like your attention regarding my request to verify my account card which I purchase with. I saw the statement the account department sent me however, I have not used my card as it was stolen. I did however, get a new Edgards card which I bought items. Thereafter I couldn't use the card as the cashier said it isn't working.
I request your attention to this matter as I believe it is also in Edgars interest to protect their customers. Please do not advise me to go into my local Edgars store (Vaal mall) as they are extremely slow and unhelpful at the customer care department.

See attached a picture of the two cards I have. Please confirm which card is working as I see the amount of the account is high.
I believe this should be the new card! Which the cashier said isn't working. This is an issue during the festive season as I would like to buy with my account!
Moreover, I bought a lot of underwear (bra's) from Edgards which the bra strap snapped off while I am at work! How is this quality acceptable? This is the day I tried buying all my products (underwear) with my Edgars card which claims to be not working!
I don't have my receipt as you claim I should add, however this does not prevent me to complain about the products I bought at Edgars Mall of Africa.
