Edgars Fashion / Edcon review: I am still awaiting a refund that was supposed to be paid, out to me no response😡

I have talked to your consultants at edcon. They told me edcon owes me a refund I was overpaid, I gave them all the dicuments they requested, I even mailed it to the financial manager. The consultants told me they received my documents. Now I am still waiting for more than a month for my money. This is very unprofessional and very poor service from their service and unacceptable😣😣😣Please rectify and refund me a s a p with immediate effect. Thankyou for your cooperation.
