I can’t tell you how disappointed and frustrated I am as I am unable to speak with anyone. The live link hasn’t been live since Saturday. It has taken me a long time to save for this bed and mattress .
Delivery was meant to be on 11/11/23 I was informed the mattress would follow that day and only the base was delivered . I contacted the courier and Emma to be told this would be chase on Monday. Monday I heard nothing!
I have contacted every day with no one helping me or giving me an explanation. I could cry I’m so upset. I had got rid of my bed to make way for the delivery. My partner is seriously ill and we are having to sleep on the floor. I’m no further forward than I was on Saturday . It absolutely disgusting That you have my money and have informed me I have had a delivery when I haven’t . I have included copies of the communication.
All the communication contradicts itself and no one is helping me!. I’m unsure who it lying to be the courier company or Emma sleep
