Engen Garage Grasmere review: Customer service

17/07/2020. My name is Yolanda. On my way to cpt my bus stops for refreshments at one of your engen garage in grasmere. So I going in with my 1 year old son. I bought bottle of water. I went to the cashiers to pay. The cashier ask why my son is not wearing a mask and I explained that he is still young and takes off the mask Everytime I put it on. The cashier shouted and said my child is not special. We ended up arguing but I let it go and went out. On my way out the lady followed me and I stood for her. She started an argument again, as we were arguing the Lady gave me a hot clap, one her colleagues saw and told me to report by the office. I went in and lay a complain. The manager called the lady I forgot her name but I manage to take a pic even though it's not that clear cz she was hiding. In the office the lady ddnt calm down shouted and wanted to hit me again. The manager apologized and I went out because I was rushing to my bus. I am so devastated, Angry and annoyed by the customer service I got in that garage.
