I had tickets to a show for April, received an email in March that it was cancelled and to allow 30 days for a refund. It is now December, no refund and no response from the company after all attempts to contact them. I have the original purchase email, and the cancelation email. I have also talked to several other people who also have not received refunds for the same show and have had no response or luck with contacting the company. 7 months seems like more than enough time to refund these tickets.
