I purchased 2 tickets on 4/21/10 for a concert that was canceled. The amt of $24.04 was refunded to me. I also purchased 2 tickets on 4/21/10 for the same concert, the amount was $28.54 and after numerous requests for a refund for this amount, I have been totally ignored, no phone call have not been returned. I will never use Etix again because of the totally lousy service I have received from them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! I'm sorry you had to go through that! It's increibly frustrating! I purchased tickets to an event through them and they sent me an email 5 days later stating they didnt actually have the tickets I bought but had some other awful seats. I said I didnt want them and they are refusing to give me a full refund!

I ordered two tickets at $225 each, foolishly using a debit card. The next day nearly $1000 was taken out of my account! They stated that I ordered four and will not "refund". I let them know that I do not want a refund but a correction. I do all of my shopping online and know exactly how to check my order. They hide behind the same thing for nearly every complaint. It is up to the show, not E Tix. They will not guarantee a refund. It is their policy that unless you order by phone, whatever glitches that may occur are not their responsibility. I now own four tickets that I cannot afford. BBB has them rated at a C- with 100% negative reviews.

I kept calling ETix who kept telling me that the refund was coming. I did not want to lose my two tickets so did not want to have my bank fight the entire charge. In the meantime, they took back two tickets (will call), leaving me with two tickets for $1000.00, leaving me in a worse position. I had been thinking that at the very least I could try to sell two tickets. Finally, after many phone calls and emails, the refund came through the day before the show. So, happy ending with stressful middle!

I order three tickets didn't see any more available. Now I see more seats available. My oldest child has to be seated elsewhere not fair

They told me that nothing is guaranteed unless you call by phone. Do not use the website. Another, more preferable option is to call the venue directly or try another ticket agency.
