Dear concern I ordered usb device on 18-dec-19 & submitted amount of 35 sr via sadad payment, but could not gt confirmation from extra & extra team cancelled my order, then I raised complaint against my order, complaint no. Is 1-[protected]. After complaint I got message from extra that we have received your amount. Now the issue is my order is in cancel status & amount is payment done status. I visit extra storeto get my order but they said your order is cancelled web901452722. Please give me my usb or pay back my amount.

Online ordered the air fryer, today 05/10/23 received at home in Aziziya Jeddah, just unboxed and noticed the digital screen light not showing any numbers and found faulty,
I would like to register my complaint and request to exchange it with new one.
