I have yet to receive my 2023 FabFitFun Fall box. I received tracking information for it August 28th, but it just says that the label was created. It looks like FedEx has yet to ever receive my box. I contacted customer service and they concluded that my box was lost and that every item in my box was "out of stock". They then said that I would not be getting a box and that they would refund my box in the form of extending my annual subscription. So, in retrospect, the Fall 2023 box I have been waiting for would now be applied to Fall 2024...1 whole year later. I told them that I wanted a Fall box because I have been excited, and fall is my FAV season. They said they would send me a random box put together by their 'team". Which, I am fairly certain, they are just sending me one of the leftover fall boxes they sell in their flash sales. Regardless of if it is or isn't, it's not what I picked out myself--which is extremely important to me. So now I don't get the box I really wanted (which had makeup I was planning to use for a wedding I am ins), FabFitFun did not extend my annual subscription (which I thought they still would), and I literally am stuck using my fall season box on a random stuff I don't want.
Desired outcome: I want my fall 2023 located and sent to me. If not, I would like an extension of my subscription along with a free fall 2023 box.
