Fairmont review: Some staff

My family went the June 2023 for my daughters wedding. Everything was good including the staff until about 45 seconds left of the night on the wedding night. A staff member named Shyna was very rude.she told the dj at midnight he had to stop playing with about 30 second left so all the guest started singing the last verso of the song well my daughter and son in law went around and thank everyone for coming. Shyna then started yelling and tapping on the guests shoulders and telling them to leave before they cold say good night. We were then going to go into the bar to end the night on a happier note but Shyna went in and told them not to serve anyone from the wedding. When asked to talk to the manager Shyna there wasn't one and wouldn't give us a name for one. The next day my son spook to a manager who did say she was wrong on how she behaved. I could go on but I will leave it with be careful of Shyna (security) and April (event coordinator)
