Customer service a this home depot sucks i ordered a door on 12/03/12 from there vendor feather river. My ordered finally came in on 1/04/13 however it came in damaged so a new order was placed which upset me because it set me back on trying to finish a baby's nursery before my daughter is born on Feb 4. A few days after i receive a call from home depot saying my door was going to be expedited and guarantee to arrive on 1/18/13 but it never did arrive til 1/23/13 and it still came in damaged, it wasn't as bad as the 1st one so i just took because i needed to finish my daughters room. I ended up getting a very small discount and paint to fix the door but i wasn't enough to repair my bad experience i had with home depot and its management. I will no longer order from feather river either!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Pretty to look at, lovely to purchase and a horror to own.
Our Feather River doors were also purchased thru Home Depot. We called all levels of management, spoke with multiple personnel who privately shared the massive complaints concerning Feather River Doors. The finish failed literally with months of purchase.
We now own a rather expensive home with doors that look straight from the builder's resale shop. My sympathies to you. We are attempting to strip and restain soon.
