My wife and her car were hit by a Federal Express Truck in an intersection where the FedEx driver ran a stop sign. the front of her car was ripped off by a Mercedes 2500 Delivery Van which probably got a scratch on the paint. Our car is probably totaled. Police were called, made a report and chalked it up as a Accident (they happen) and waiting for the police report.

Police report came a week later, I looked at it and it had the insurance and the account number, but no telephone number. Not finding a number to call from the internet, I called FedEx for the local office only to start my trip through corporate hell. Transferred repeatedly for package insurance (there was no package involved) I eventually got to the resolution department. I gave them all the information and they made a case up promising to have someone call me. Its now over 3 weeks without a call back, multiple calls to the resolution center, each time asking for new info which is the same as the old info given. Now on my second case number. asked for a manager and was told they could not go directly to a manager, but would message them to call me.

Called again today 6-5-23 and spent 10 minutes on the phone with thier computer system which eventually hung up on me because I did not have a Fedex account or package shipping number to give it. would not let me talk to a representative.

Desired outcome: I simply want someone to call me with the phone number of their insurance company so that I can get my car fixed. Common decency requires that.
