This has been incredibly disappointing. I ordered flowers well in advance for my partner's birthday, but they were never delivered.
Their explanation? They boast a 97% success rate for on-time deliveries. But when your sole job is to deliver on a specific date, a 3% failure rate is unacceptableit means a 100% failure in meeting the promised deadline.
To make matters worse, there's no phone number to call for support.
Every time I tried to respond to their email, it bounced back with a message saying, "Your ticket has been closed," forcing me to make a new request via their website each time. Additionally, their policy of delivering within three days of the specified date is unacceptableit completely defeats the purpose of scheduling a delivery for a special occasion.
On top of all this, it's been extremely difficult to get a refund for the service they failed to deliver.
