Flybuys review: Connection on phone

I have been single customer of Flybuys for 6 years. I have a Members Card, and it has $ 60.00 on it. Properly converted to use to buy goods from store.
However the pin I entered did not work. I have tried everything including to call Flybuys several times. After waiting, at my expence for 2 hours I gave up.
Today I tried again and was told to wait 15 minutes. I did. At the end of fifteen minutes I was told the waiting time was 30 minutes.
All I wanted to do was to change my non-working pin to something else.
