10/7 called because I had no heat.Came out replaced capacitor and did cleaning.Heat worked fine for 1 day next day stopped working again was told a switch could be going bad.They got back up and running only for it to stop running again 10/9.I was so distracted because that night it got down to the low 40s and the current temp in home was 60 degrees.10/10 had another tech come out and advise me that all these things was happening because of a bigger problem that’s why all the switches and capacitors was going bad.He apologized for the other techs misdiagnosis.Informed me that my heater exchanger was cracked.I end up going with the new furnace option $7300 paid in full.Day of install 10/12/23.2 guys were sent out to install and one didn’t even look lien he wanted to be there.I called customer service and requested new installers.Only to have them installing furnace for 13hrs.After the install heat ran for a few mins I called and informed them that water was leaking and heat was not working.10/13 another tech was sent out explained that wiring and piping lay out was all wrong.Pipes was leaking and he told me that furnace was doing its job by shutting off.He ordered pipes and returned to install the correct way he stated 10/13.10/15 heat would not turn on when temp dropped .Went to furnace to find water all over the furnace and leaking once again.im very unhappy with the techs and install of this very expensive furnace.
Desired outcome: I would like to be compensated for all the troubles and nights me and my family has had to go without heat due to misdiagnosis and improper install and repairs after.Please refund $2000
