I've bought a Friendi mobile Sim card (This company is Partnered with STC). After two days they bared my Sim card. While inquire the customer care executive said that my submitted ID Proof is unclear and ask me to send clear copy to their mail. But I've sent to them 10 days ago, still my sim card not activated and not even a single reply to my mail. I've again contacted customer care executive he said he can't activate and ask me to follow up the mail complaint.
I'm often sending reminders to their mail and registered complaints in their website too. But nothing worth until now.
