On speaking to Jamal Khan, head of lumpsum, he mentioned it's not his headache and that I booked from main office. WE CANNOT BOOK ANYTHING BY OURSELVES. HOW IN THE WORLD DID I BOOK IT MYSELF THEN?
The incompetency of their staff is ridiculous. On multiple calls before booking these classes, I had repeatedly mentioned I have pick and drop and this was confirmed to me. Now suddenly staff tells me no, and that they can't do anything.
Only interested in payment, nothing else. I really wish I had gone for EDI.
