My vacuum broke on the 2nd use. when I asked for a replacement they said I had to pay $50 s&h & send the broken vac. back @my cost! The outsoursed costomer service rep. have no ahtority to resolve the problems & refuse to let you talk to the manager or some who is athorised to solve the problem! They refuse to give out the home office #, they lie & say they are on site in Cal. There is no listing for Garry Vacuum in Cal. The product sucks & after researchin online & finding numerous similar complaints. I called back & asked for a full refund. They refused! I do not trust this company or their product! I think it is a SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! & if you or anyone you know has a similar complaint...Please register your complaint to the BBB of Southlnad ( Colton, Ca.) The BBB # is [protected] of find them online & register your complaint before anyone else gets ripped off!

Hello, I am sending back my third Garry vacuum and I want my money back. The fan is made of plastic and if it even picks up the slightist little object it will brake the fan in the vacuum. Please contact me ASAP about this matter.
