I have been waiting since the end of March to have my dishwasher repaired.
It is now almost the end of July, and still, part 1 one 2, is on back order.
The first part came 2 months after being ordered by customer service.
I understand back orders this is excessive.
The tech that came out was real nice told me in March it would be a while and I said OK.
This dishwasher is a little over 2 years old and it should not be broke this soon.
The tech did say that he has seen problems with this model and part number and that is why it may me a while.

My wife and I are very tired of doing dishes by hand. I have been in the hospital
in and out with cancer. My wife is a nurse and sometimes works 5-6 days a week. We are both 65.
its not unreasonable to want it fixed!
Desired outcome: fix the appliance or get me one and install for free
