Hello, I recently took advantage of a free sample offer that I came across in an ad. After making the initial payment, I realized that I had inadvertently subscribed to receive regular shipments, resulting in a charge of $158 on my credit card. Despite reaching out to the support team promptly, I was informed that the shipment couldn't be canceled.
I must express my dissatisfaction with the sample products as they did not provide the expected benefits and had an adverse effect on my skin. My concern primarily lies in the lack of clear communication about the subscription and shipment process. In my opinion, it would be more ethical for companies to inform customers before sending subsequent shipments.
I find it disheartening that there is a no-cancellation and no-refund policy in place. In contrast to my experiences with other companies, where cancellation or refund options are generally provided upon request, this policy seems unusual. I urge the company to reconsider its stance on cancellations and refunds and to prioritize improving the quality of its products rather than engaging in practices that may be perceived as deceptive or scam-like.
Claimed loss: 158$
Desired outcome: I want a cancellation of my order and issue of refund.
