Global Tel Link review: Missing phone funds

I mailed a western union money order (#[protected]) in the amount of $50 on january 20, 2023 to the

gtl - advanced pay service department

po box 911722

denver, co [protected]

the money was cashed by gtl on january 27, 2023 and confirmed as such by western union on this date

i have been trying to get this problem resolved since february 1, 2023 making numerous phone calls to gtl customer service and many special excelerated reviews with no resolve.

i emailed a receipt confirmation of the money order on July 10, 2023 to [protected]@connect networks.com and one of your customer service agents confirmed receipt and I was told this was being accelerated on july 12, 2023.

we are now on september 4, 2023 and the $50 in funds still has not been posted to my phone account. I mailed western union money orders inn the amount of $50 since january 20, 2023 and they have posted to my phone account with no problems.

I use to put money into my phone account by visa debit card but my card was compromized and gtl will not allow me to make payments with this debit card
