Global Tel Link review: Urgent service and connection issues

One i Have a brand New Samsung galaxy S23 Ultra. Never had an issue for the whole time i had it till recently.

the issue...

i WILL get the call from the Inmate and the automatic voice systems come on and tells me to press 0 to be connected.

I DO JUST THAT, (nothing on my phone is running. no apps. no wifi no bluetooth) still it doesnt act like it is registering that im pressing a 0 cause it wont let me connect the call. ive tried everthing to resetiing my settings to turnign mhy phone on and off again then back on, ive called gtl where this guy was hella rude. kept inturpting me for no reason as i answer his question. so already fustrated by waitng over an hour or two just to talk to someone for no resolution at all.. i tell them what happens and keeps happening and they just say that everything is aokay on there end and it must be provider issue, called att and was told exactly what gtl stated that but instead they said they have nothing to do with the 3rd party gtl. and that i should be contacting the,,, then i realized i have samsung care.. and ive reported yall to the business bureau for not only having an account with yall but when this was brought to your attention i got told its everyone elsees situation but yalls. which is soo beyong belief cause this is taking a toll on our relationship. ive literally done everything yet the finger to point is Gtl. like never had an issue tikl i did an update with yalls app. and now i cant accept any phones
