I paid Goldfarb Properties for underground parking 2 months in advance. Later I cancelled underground parking. I was billed again plus late fees and other charges so I paid and re-cancelled. Then I was billed again. I had my car towed for $200.

Good afternoon,
I have caught two mice in one day. I have put in two exterminator request and both were cancelled. I have also reached out to the maintenance department, which no one answered! This is the second time I have had this problem. And it needs to be fixed.

1983-5D Noise and loud music

they always listen music at very laugh volumen, specially the night and early hours. 4 p.m till 7 a.m. and this happens 3 to four times at week about 3 months

1983 Sedgwick Avenue. Neighbor at apt 5D plays music at high volume at early hours in the morning (from 1 a.m. to 8 a.m.) every other day.

This behavior its being repeatedly reported but it has not presented any changes whatsoever.
