This is not real? I get all the emails and such and that happens to be a scam?
I also ordered the kit, and i saw this so i called them and they got the phone.
I realized that when you ordered it, there is no section where you type in your
Address. . Right? I'm not so sure, (Got a short memory. . .) anyways, so i called them
Asking about that the web didn't have the seciton to type my address, but it says that
The kit will be mailed to be 2 - 5 business day. . They got the phone, and said that
There was no account information about me ordering it, and they put on me to hold,
This lady got the phone. . . Asking me the same question and she said she found it. . .
Then i told her that the website didn't asked me for an address and it says it will send me the kit,
I already paid 2. 87 and i want that cancelled. . So she said that she was able to cancel it and
The confirmation will be emailed. . But i haven't still got anyting yet. Is this scam?
Im so terrified. . ###

It all sounds like an Adwhore operation run by Muzzies terrorists selling the CC and privacy info to other Adwhores or the Russian mob, Israelis... while ripping you off for a few 73.00 payments. Google should bann, block domains and sue, including the CPA affiliate networks, all those whoes URL show up in the Google SERPs and sponsor links for the term Google Money Masters...

why do you guys want to work from home on your computer? Wouldn't you prefer to work in the outside world with real people? It just seems a bit sad and anti-social, and, not to mention, lazy! No such thing as a free lunch guys, you gotta go and put in the time and effort into doing something productive like everyone else!

I almost fell for this scam, but I googled "google money master" to see what other info I could find out about this "work from home" operation b/c it sounded to good to be true. Low & behold I came across this complaintsboard site--thank goodness I did. I cannot believe I almost fell prey to this... thanks to all of you I didn't give any personal info.

Hi there ...i just ordered the Google Money Master kit about a week and 1/2 ago and stupid me gave out my credit card number. U are right...i never gave them an address so how do they know where to send the kit which i have not received as of yet but i did get a call from a rep of google asking me many questions to see if i would qualify to the next round because he told me that only certain people make the next round. I got my credit card bill and was charged $39.00 so i tried to call the number where the rep called me from and u cant leave a message. So i called Mastercard and they patched me through to the number that they have related to the charge and i cancelled my account and got a confirmation number and i told them i want a refund, and they said would happen in 7 days and got a credit card refund confirmation number. I called mastercard back and they said if there is a problem with the refund or any other charges, they would take care of this problem. Never have i given out my number before, so i feel stupid because i am smarter...Remember there is no method out there to get rich quick.

This is to J120877...what would you know? No one ever got rich working for some one else. A "real job" is what ever you do to make the money that pays your bills. Plenty of people work from home and make tons of money doing it. Also, you were also looking or you wouldn't have been on this site. DUH!

think there is a scam going around but the Google thing looks fine. I will be speaking with a fellow named Mike on Monday and will post back what i know. Here is a link from the legit program and its from a news report so you know its true. I only paid $1.87 and my bill say's training nothing about resolution etc. I happen to have the Number to Mike as well from Google master kit. So again, it looks like many of you got nailed with the B/S Google kit...

Here is the link from news 46 http://www.newsline46.com/

Question; Has anyone of you been contacted by the Google kit? When I signed up, I had to provide my name, address, phone, etc. Also, if you try to navigate from the screen, an agent (Not Live) will come on..So, I think that is the difference between getting the scammed companies from the real Google kit. What happened when you signed up and how did you sign up? What info was asked?

This person that contacted me his name is Mike...His number is [protected] Ext 3128 if you folks need a contact, there it is! I have tried to contact the 866 number as well and its out of service. This guy Mike has called me many times UNKNOWN CALL..Than finally left a message on Friday. So, there it is and I hope you can get your money back. Now, here is the strange thing and shame on all of you that did not read the terms...It states that you will be charged $70.83 after the 7 day trial, so where is the scam? You should read things before signing up for something yes? Anyway, not here to throw stones, but always read the terms if something sounds to good to be true. Their terms are listed on the next page when you give your name before providing your CC information. Hope this helps!

Good Luck!

All this could be avoided by taking the extra step of reading the terms and conditions of the "scam", which I did. When I tried to exit the site a pop-up widow opened for chat with a rep from this "company". She would not give me a straight answer when I kept questioning her about the $80 monthly charges and specifics of the terms. She kept reitterating "you could make $974 by clicking this link". People, I know times are tough. These sites are using your desperation to their benefit. Basically, use a bit of common sense and your better judgement on things like this.

Don't assume that all who want to work from home are lazy! Some of us look for this type of job because we have a disability. Most have worked for decades until becoming disabled (our group includes the many military personnel who protect you and the USA). We don't want to depend on the gov't disability checks so we look for the illusive work at home job. Don't belittle our efforts with your prejudicial comments when you have no idea why anyone wants to work at home! I hope you never have to experience our situation firsthand. Open your eyes, close your mouth and have a great day!@

Got email about how Google was on the news about how to link websites to search engines. Info was free, but $1.97 shipping. They then called to confirm and tell me that the info would arrive in 5 days. Also that I would get more free info and if I did not want to keep it, cancel in 30 days. I said I did not want it and got charged $72.21 any way. Did not get free CD either. Company said wait 7-10 days, bank says 30 days. Total scam! Anyone get their money back yet?

Are there any legit online jobs out there? I was going to try this google kit but wanted to do some research first. I've been scammed twice before through the mail with bogus checks, luckily I didn't cash them I only payed the fees. I ONLY LOST FORTY BUCKS, IT COULD'VE BEEN WORSE. I do not want it to happen again. That incident made me very doiubtful and untrusting of anything via mail, phone or online. Are there any real online jobs or are they all a scam in diguise. I've read that your are not supposed to be charged to work online, almost everything costs $69 or $79 to start all want credit card numbers. Where do I go to find legit operations if any?

I signed up for the "work from home" packet for a shipping and handling fee of $1. 95 month (June 2009) and have yet to receive said packet even though a charge for. 65 cents was deducted from my bank account. If was followed by a charge of 81. 32 that i did not authorize and was not shown on any of the information. It firmly said $1. 95. I would have thought that we could rely on google more than this, or i would have never even requested information.

Fortunately I didn't give any credit card information. I saw the "news article" linked next to an Associated Press story on my Internet providers web portal. The article looked like it was a story from the "Miami Gazette Press" and had an additional link to the Google Money Master scam page. The money master page even displays the TRUSTe logo that it is a trusted site. I was still dumb enough to give my name, email and phone because money is REALLY getting tight since I was laid-off. Don't fall for this! Once they have your name, phone, email, credit card #, and the secure ccv number from your card, someone is going to go shopping and it won't be you!

I used my bank card to order Google Money Monster...called the numbers to cancel and soon realized they never intended to allow people to cancel. I got music from all three of the numbers...the other two programs they so "helpfully" signed me up for that I couldn't cancel. I had to spend my day off closing my bank account and opening a new account. I thought that because they had numbers to call and cancel, that it would be safe...never again. If I can't pay for something online with my paypal account, I will stay far away from it.

These scams are all over because people keep falling for them. Think about it. Google can be contacted directly if you want to advertise there, why do you need some company in the Philipines to help you? Ebay is the same. Why do people keep sending card numbers and bank numbers to some company inside or especially outside the United States for something they can do directly? Folks wake up! If they have charged you credit card contest the bill. Send the required paperwork to the card company and they will reverse the charge. Never! Never! give anybody your bank checking account number as a checking account charge you authorized is almost impossible reverse even if the charge turns out to be fraudulent.

Sorry, forgot to mention Never! Never! use a debit card for any purchase over the phone or internet. Always use a credit card, check your card to make sure its a credit card. Debit cards offer no, I repeat, no protections against fraud as they are the same as an instant check account. When the money is gone its gone.

I got my money back but, I did not order the kit. I looked at the $1.97 shipping fee and thought to myself, hmmm, now there is a nifty way to get people's cc #'s. I closed the site immediately.
Guess what? They still got into my account! My bank treated me horribly. Holding my "Pension" check hostage until I finally called the OCC. Office of the Comptroller of Currency.
You should get every penny of your money back! Don't give up!

I always skim through the terms and conditions of the so called offers. That's the trick, they tell you to pay a small fee, get your credit card number and bill you some type of membership fee monthly. I can never gaurantee this will work for me so I never sign up. I give enough information to get to the credit card no request, then click off of the website. I usually get a chat from a so called live operator, but if you ask a personal question, like how's the weather where you are, you will get an automated response. They will offer 1/2 of whatever the initial price was. My thoughts are to just stay away.

I looked up the England UK address where the charges are coming from on Google and found the nearest cop station - you guys can report these folks to the local police over there in England by email or phone using the contact info here:

http://www.durham.police.uk/misc/contact_us.php

Maybe a visit from the UK boys in blue will help get these folks investigated and shut down!

As the owner of both websites resides over here in the US, best also report this scam to the FTC, IC3 and Utah Attorney General too.

IC3: (FBI Internet Crimes Division) http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
