My situation is so simple, I'm shocked that it turned into what it has. In June, I requested 2 refills on pretty regular medication of mine. My clinician at Grayson & Associates says just call if you need a refill, so I do. After pleading with them for days to refill the medication, they call it into the wrong pharmacy about 45 minutes away from me. Despite my countless calls and emails telling them where to call it in. They neglect to fill the second, with no reason at all. No call or response whatsoever. I keep trying all through July and August. No response. This is medication for occasional panic attacks, so I deem it necessary to have on hand. Finally, someone reaches out to me saying I need to schedule an appointment and that might be why they aren't refilling the medicine. So I do schedule one for Oct 1. Still no response on the medication that I do need very badly. On Sept. 10, a lady calls me saying they have a telemed cancellation for Sept 11, yesterday, and she could get me in on that. So she cancels my Oct appointment and puts me on that. I moved around my whole day yesterday to take the telemed call. THEY NEVER CALL. What do they expect me to do here? They won't see me. They won't refill my medication. It is absolutely absurd that this is so hard. They act like I am asking for hard drugs! It is ridiculous! For a place that's supposed to help mental health, they are a total disgrace. PLEASE NEVER GO THERE.

Desired outcome: a REFILL on my very minimal prescription and a recommendation for a psychiatrist who cares!
