After receiving the box, I am surprised to find out that I only have 2 units, instead of 4. It was very hard to understand the phone ordering process.
Furthermore, the Free product is not free, it is charged $14.50 for each.

I tried it, very hard to clean, slow to heat up and cook. Call customer service to return, got the return code, that's all. This rep gave me a run around of how to use the smart label and where to put the return code, if I used the smart label, it would cost me another $14.50. He refused to let me talk to a supervisor.

So out from the $69.90 I paid, I will get a whooping $25.40 back, they do it this way so they can make money even if you return the product. There is no where on the website and in the info commercial saying about no refund for shipping and handling. Is this against the law?

Definitely a scam. Do not buy anything ever from these people. Cathy Mitchells and her gang.

I am very dissatisfied with mine. The interior is peeling really bad so we cannot even use it anymore. Is this replaceable?

If they don't work they will replace them and if they break like the peeling they will replace it.

I agree when you think you are getting 2 for the price of one and the bill is 14.95 more that's not FREE!

I have the original GT express which I love and the new model with the timer love this one too of course like everyone else I paid more than I should have they sent me two inserts which I did not order but it would have cost me more to ship it back so I just kept them, but it does cook great I find the clean up easy if you wipe it off right away with paper towel it does well, my timer knob broke right away and I am waiting to see if I can get a replacement, sorry you all are dissatisfied. I ordered the newest version of your product on the 27 of July, 2007 with the promise I would receive in 7-10 working days. It is now August 8, 2009 and I still have not received anything. How do you ship, by Covered Wagon, or Pony Express?

This company is a scam and i am reporting them to the Attorney General's Office in my state. They sent my elderly mother extra pans and receipe books that she specifically told them over the phone that she did not want. They charged for the product and the extra S&H, which they state they will not refund. How can a company get away with sending merchandise that is not ordered and then charging an exorbitant amount of S&H, which they refuse to refund. I know this cannot be legal. Beware of this company. They are a scam!

I have both the old and new version and love the pans except the handles do not have any heat protection on them and have been burned with the handle. The inserts were a decent idea, but after telling them I did want the extras they sent them AFTER they charged my checking acct. I finally went to the bank and they suggested that I get a new acct number. I did and have not been bothered again. But again with direct deposit ect was a pain in the A_______. Think I will pass on the next gimick. If they can not keep their word they will not have my business.

I to also ordered the GT Express. On the advertisement on TV, Cathy clearly stated 2 for the price of one (1) at $19.99. They billed my account for $57.87. Trying to get to talk to someone is like been constipated. I don't understand why would they miss led people this way. I have not received my product as yet. But when I do, If I do received it. I will tell everyone to be aware of this scam. Better Business Bureau should do something to these people.

Very dissatisfied CH in New York

I purchased two of the units as a special. While using one of the units, I noticed a smell that smelled like plastic. When I started to clean up, noticed the bottom of the unit was burnt real bad and my counter top had been burnt real bad. Sent them and email and they sent me a new unit and upon receiving it, found the hinges were broken, so contacted them via email and they are sending another unit, refunding my money and I suppose to send them an estimate for the repair of the counter. Have to wait and see for that. I do like the unit, if I could get one that operates as designed. Attached is photo of the counter top so you can see how it burnt it. So be very careful if you have one.

At least so far they have stood behind their product.

Sounds like most of these complaints are the result of the customer not possessing any common sense. Like the one who ordered two and thought he would get 4. [censored].
