Last month i was charged on my visa bill $14. 95 that i did not order. I do not know what haband perks, but went ahead & paid. Today my bill came with the same thing charged $14. 95 post date 12 - 29 - 09 tran date 12 - 28 - 09. It had haband perks 888 - 626 - 3342md. Ref. No. 24692169362000166225647, amt. $14. 95. I have ordered from you for years, but not anymore. Take my name from your mailing list & give me credit for this amount 2 months. [protected]@bellsouth. Net.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
it happened to me, too. They charged me three months and after I filed a "dispute the transaction" with my bank, I got two months fee back. Now I am trying to let more people know about this so they can be more careful with this type of business.
They took three fees ($14.97 out of my account without authorization), I got two refunds. I am pissed with their way of doing business. I am trying to post this through CNN and let more people know about it.
They started to charged monthly $14.95 on my credit card without my permission, that happened just because i bought some stuff from them. I called about 6 times no body solved my problem. This discharge is happening for 1 year. I called today and they will return to me only $59.80 for the entire year. This is a terrible business. The times that I called before was directly to Haband Park and they didn't solve the problem. Today I called the customer service and they solved part because they can not return to me the full amount of the charges to my credit card.
PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING TO HABAND PERK!
