using ticketmaster for the sale of tickets to transiberian orchestra
Though Ticketmaster claimed that people that are part of the fan club for Transiberian Orchestra would get a special code and access to the tickets before they went on public sale, the presale tickets were completely sold out in less than one minute. Not even one seat was available on the floor or the entire lower section. At least, that's what Ticketmaster's software kept saying. Forget getting two seats together. So it appears that computers were used to completely clear out the tickets in seconds after the time they went on sale. Proof that Ticketmaster is a con? Please explain how they are being allowed to charge $20.50 - $24.00 for a service fee per ticket ?! That's almost a third the cost of the ticket. I've been to five of the last six TSO shows in Dallas in the past six years. I've taken at least 15 people to these events. I will never go again because the wonderful message their concert is about has been morphed into a "screw the public" event if you want to go. This really makes The Hallmark Channel look bad. You should have done a better job in overseeing what Ticketmaster was going to do with your concert promotion. Again, the heck with the show. I'll never go again. By t he way, anyone can go online even now and get a single seat on the floor or in the lower section.

Why you do not have black actors or actresses in your line up. The script does not call for a particular race. What about actresses: Regina King, Jada Pickett Smith, Queen Latifah or Jennifer Hudson. You have a faithful diverse audience and your shows should reflect this diversity. I'm not ruling out the Spanish or oriental diversity. I noticed your Mystery Series stars all look similar, there is no diversity. I could aid in your casting.
not showing christmas movies as usual every july.
I wait ALL YEAR for July Christmas movies to play all day on both hallmark channels. This year no Christmas movies on regular hallmark channel and hallmark movies and mysteries channel only a few evening Christmas movies playing. Very disappointing. Please implement the July ALL day Christmas movies back in the channel lineup. You did it for so many years and now you change it.

I watch the Hallmark M & M channel on Spectrum, in San Antonio, Texas. Every night I have to re-program my set top box, because if I don't, I won't be able to watch the Hallmark M & M Channel. When I try to bring it up, it always tells me that the channel is unavailable at this time. I pay monthly to be able to watch that channel. You guys need to get your act together and hire qualified people that know what they are doing, so they can keep the channel up and running. Could it be that Hallmark pays low, low wages and hires under qualified techs. Tell your CEO to reach into his pocket and pay for better techs. He probably makes more money than what he is worth. Today is Monday June 19, 2016 and I checked out at 1:03 pm. There were 3 employees in the store today and while I was greeted when I walked in, I noticed that I was completely ignored otherwise. I heard employees ask other customers around me if they needed any help, but I was never asked. I'm tall and African American so I know they saw me plus they asked other ladies right next to me. I spent quite some time in the store and perused every aisle. I really could have used some assistance, but no one offered any help. I think that this kind of behavior is rude and unnecessary and I will not come back to purchase anything from this particular store due to the lack of service and respect. This is unfortunate because I love hallmark stores and I'm also an Air Force veteran as well as a federal employee. bogo card sale

All this because of your directives for a bogo card sale?
Yesterday 05/10/2017 I had a very awkward situation at publix.in fact practically a fist fight. I went into publix to purchase a mother's day card and milk. I approached the register with 3 cards and a gallon of milk. The cashier patricia politely told me there was a sale on the cards, buy one get one, and suggested I get another card. Of course I decided to take advantage of the sale and went back and got another card. I had two cards @ $3.49 1 @ $5.99 and 1 @ 6.99. I don't usually pay attention to how much cards are, but for the purpose of this situation it is important. When I came back to her register and she rang up the sale, I expected to be charged $3.49 for 1 bogo and 6.99 for the other. But that is not how she rang it up. I was looking at the customer screen and noticed she charged me $5.99 and $6.99. I said "that's not right" and told her what I had expected based on the bogo. Patricia said "well that's the way i'm doing it". I was taken back because I come here all the time (Two to three times a week) and I knew this cashier from publix. I said "you're in a mood". And it was apparently on. I don't recall all that she said, but two impatient customers decided to get involved and began yelling at me, I told them to mind their own business. The cashier smirked at me. So I said, "you know what, take off the two most expensive cards and i'll come back thru your line again. This way I will get the biggest discount, which is the point of a sale. She scowled at me and made another comment, I said just do your job. My fist order is processed and I hand her the 2 cards as a second order. Meanwhile, I am still being yelled at by the yelling customers. I swiped my debit card, which has a chip so it did not process correctly. The cashier said loudly and with attitude"it declined". Realizing what I did, I inserted the card and completed the sale and gave me my receipt.
As I was quickly digesting this I decided to talk to the manager about the bogo. I asked for the manager at customer service and jeff came right away. We stepped aside to talk. Although the cashier was not exactly polite, I am not looking to get her trouble. My concern was the sale, so I did not mention her rudeness. We all have bad days. Jeff began to explain to me that patricia rang up the sale the way hallmark had wanted it done. We were still talking when one of the people that had been yelling at me came into our conversation, yelling you don't treat women that way and that he was raised to respect women. This man about 35 or so got in my face so close that our bellies were touching trying to egg me on, and told me"you had better step off". Without moving, I said"you came up to me", and you will go to jail". He backed off and began yelling and whaling his arms while he was threatening me. And then he went outside. Jeff and I looked at each other and jeff said he didn't see that coming. I said I didn't either. Jeff apologized a couple times and offered a refund. I declined. That wasn't the point. Fair is fair and I did end up with the proper discount. As I went to leave I said to jeff, and now I get to go outside and likely have a fight. Jeff said nothing is going to happen and watched me walk to my car. We were both caught off guard. I do suspect that if jeff had intervened with this nut, violence would have occurred.
As an afterthought, I would appreciate the irate person who inappropriately touched me and threatened me in front of the manager, not be allowed back in the store.

I just got back from Publix at the Shoppes of Lithia - 3461 Lithia Pinecrest Rd - Valrico, FL, [protected] (my regular store) with practically the exact same problem (minus all the attitude). I had 2 cards at $2.00 each and 2 cards at $4.99 each. They only gave me credit for $2.00 and $2.00 (Total $4.00). When I pointed out that my credit should be $2.00 and $2.50 (Total $4.50), the young man said "We only take off the lowest two card prices." Well, I'm not going to fight over 50 cents while my ice melts, so decided to complain in writing instead. So what he is saying is that if I had 2 cards at $2.00 and 2 cards at $7.99, I would only receive credit for $4.00 not $10.00? I KNOW darned well that is NOT how a BOGO coupon is supposed to be applied (Hallmark or any other brand). It's just another example of Publix corporate greed. So I guess I will also make separate trips through the line for each card set purchased. Fooled me once, shame on you, fooled me twice, shame on me. Paula H.

This is not a complaint about any products. I love hallmark and have for years, especially their christmas movies. However, yesterday there was a valentines add that had one man hugging another man and then one man proposing to another. I was not only appalled by this repugnant action but also felt almost betrayed. I consider hallmark to be more family oriented and to contain family values. Being a father of three I try very hard to protect my innocent children and although I know one day they will need to understand how the world has twisted marriage, that day is not yet for them. Consequently, if hallmark is going to embrace the ideology of such liberal views then my family will also cease to watch, and support, such a company.
Kindly go ### off with your ignorant, close minded homophobic ####. I sincerely hope all your children are gay and want nothing to do with you.

Let me say i love hallmark products and just wanted to let you know of a packaging problem. I purchased a new star wars r2d3 ornament, and as i pull the plasict holder out of the top of the box, it catches and ejects the ornament out the front, which causes it to brake. This slight miss hap but it need a wire tie or a front face cover to prevent this from happening.

I really enjoy watching movies on the Hallmark Mystery & Movie Channel however, when you go to advertisements they are so loud that I have to mute all of the commercials. I'm actually considering not watching your programming anymore because I find this to be so disturbing.

I am a former employee. Got hired during Christmas season. I told the hiring staff that I suffer from agoraphobia, for which I am taking medications to help, but it is still there. They understood, and also said some weeks u get very little time. That they don't want to interfere with our other main jobs. There was another girl who worked when I didn't, she was with the Company since it went into Walmart.
I was hesitant at first to take the job, because of the other employee. BAD NEWS. But I figured I wouldn't be working with her much. She couldn't handle two jobs, that's why they needed extra help. When I came aboard at Christmas time, everything was good. Got to work nights because the store was to packed during the day, which was good for me. After Christmas my territory supervisor got stats and said Walmart was putting in triple the hours we should. So most weeks we were getting 13 hrs. Meaning we both only worked 6.5 hrs a week. They were very strict with this. The other girl would work her Monday's, putting in 8-9 hrs. So I was only able to put in two hrs on my two days, leaving no hours open for Saturday's.
I got fired because I told the girl our hours are done for the week. So she said ok, and left town for the weekend. It was left up to ME to call terr super about this. She told me she would grant me hours on Friday, no Saturday hours.
Reason 1 I was fired--I worked on Friday, which wasn't my day to work!, even though I got the OK
REASON 2-I left work early the Monday during Easter tear down and Mother's Day installation. I worked 7 hours, AFTER PUTTING IN a12HOUR SHIFT at my other job. Then I had to be back at work that night for another 12 hours. I didn't sleep for 38 hours and worked 36 hours straight, on my feet doing manual labor. I WORKED 7HOURS DURING THE TEAR DOWN AND GOT ALMOST ALL MOTHERS DAY ITEMS UP. We didn't have everything we needed delivered yet.
Reason 3-I didn't work on that last Saturday of my employment. While yes I didn't? We were supposed to have a split shift. The girl worked AM and I worked 2-5
Reason4- I went into Walmart that Sunday. To buy dog food. I noticed that there was jelly broken all over the Mother's Day gifts, so I cleaned it up. I was told I wasn't allowed to do that and to stay away on Sunday's. But our crown connect, told us we could work that Sunday. When I was there the other girl came in to work.
This other girl drinks on the job, takes a ton of pills, morphine, Vicodin, but most of all Ritalin. The Ritalin makes her fly all over the store. That's who they kept. She lost her other job and wanted all Hallmark hours to herself. I knew I should of never trusted her. So you have an alcoholic and drug addict running your Walmart store.
That store was very unsafe for me. I actually fell asleep behind the wheel of my car after working those 36 hours, on my feet the whole time, no break and no food. I'm lucky I pulled off the road to catch my breath. Next thing I know was that I was asleep on the side of the road for 1/2 hr and the police and ambulance were there. The police accompanied me home to make sure I got there safe.
The territory manager does not communicate with Sandy Long, the district supervisor, who is an ignorant, totally uncaring person regarding the safety of her employees.
So I say so long Hallmark, a lot of people I know will never be buying your products ever again.
Oh, the girl that works there now, hides her crown connect in the flippers and takes off from the store. She actually went home to go swimming when she was still clocking in her hours.

Why are you starting Christmas movies on Oct. 31st. Ridiculous! And they run 24 hrs a day. WHY. This is way too early. I refuse to watch these movies this early. Most are reruns you have been showing for years! Home Alone is on today. How many other channels show this as well. Why would hallmark channel show this! The movies are all basically the same. A silly love story based around a chef or store owner in a big city who can't find love for Christmas. Same plots, different actors. Silly and boring and have nothing to do with what Christmas is about. I will be watching OTHER CHANNELS until Christmas is over. Sad, because hallmark is one channel that still has clean descent programming. You lose a LOT of viewers by starting Christmas movies this early. Please rethink this. Christmas shows should not start until Thanksgiving at the earliest and then not for 24hrs a day!
I totally agree. My issue is with the TWC On Demand programming. The Hallmark channel is the only channel on their lineup that has not updated their On Demand programming. I should be able to see a movie or show that was shown the previous day On Demand.

I am emailing you in disgust at a hallmark card I purchased! A very close family friend was diagnosed with aggressive cancer. So on the way to see him I poped into a shop to purchase a get well card. I picked the only get well card that was suitable for a male wrote in quickly and went to visit him. Only once he opened the card did I read the text inside which. worst mothers day card ever
Its not a question but more of a complaint. This past mothers day was one of the worst days i could of had because my son was sick with a stomach virus i was sick with one, my fiance was sick with one and so was my older brother. Despite how sick my Fiance was he went to the store and got this hallmark card which there was limited selection where he went and the only one he seen that kind of related to how he felt was a very hurtful one for me to read.
It read " I wish i were the kind of man for whom romantic gestures were easy, but I'm not. For some reason, I've never been good at those kinds of things."
That was all i had to read and it broke my heart. As though i wasn't having a bad day already, i don't need to hear and on mothers day at that, about how my fiance cant be romantic or at least try a little to show some sweet gestures which don't require even buying anything but rather saying something sweet or leaving a cute note some place for me to find or something of the sort.
I think him going out and doing what he did for me was sweet enough and a romantic gesture and for that alone i am grateful. The card he had limited selection to choose from was wrong because no one not a boyfriend a fiance a husband or vise versa should EVER write in a card or a note or a letter an excuse as to why they cant try even when it is hard for them because love has no boundaries. It is about sacrifices, going out of your way to show someone how you truly feel for them through words, romantic gestures, simply spending quality time with them, doing the little things that matter that mean the most. This card was an excuse, a way out of something they don't want to do for their wife but with hope that a few extra words after to sweep them off their feet like, "That doesn't mean my love for you is any less" or I look at you, and i see a wonderful mother, a supportive partner, and the only person i could ever imagine spending my life with". would justify the lack of effort they put into their relationship and excuse them from it and try to make the way they are better because us women are supposed to just KNOW that the men care by reading their heart. We aren't supper heroes and unfortunately when theres no words to go with how someone feels or romantic gestures or anything, there is no way to understand how someone truly feels.
This card should be taken off the market and trashed because it is horrible. Who ever came up with it was wrong for doing so.

First of all, if you didn't read the rest of the card you shouldn't complain, maybe there was a cute message inside. Secondly, what do you expect when he goes to buy a card at the last minute?
If this is a real complaint, you need to reevaluate your life and fix some things. Sorry your gift card didn't tell you how awesome you are. They must have been out of, "Happy mother's day to my PSYCHO wife" cards. Because I'm pretty sure that's the one he would have bought if he could have.
defective paint on glass, stones like broken sharp glass
I bought Yankee Candle from Hallmark store in Sangertown Mall. I got some oil on the outside, tried to wipe it off and the painted decoration came off. Then the wost part when I tried to put the ornamental stones in there was very sharp and like slivers of glass that was in there. Undoubtedly dangerous and defective. They should be taken off the shelves. It was the snow and tree scene.
I paid $11.97 on sale.

I used to work at Hallmark. I was a vender at Hallmark. One of the companies I was a vender for was CVS. At CVS there were two female employees, one about 17 who looked and dressed like she was in her twenties, another who was elderly. I was fired because these ladys accused me of sexually harassing the 17 year old. I was just shopping his day and they made rude comments about me when I asked the cashier whom I thought was 20 out for a date. I told her that I am CEO of Hallmark and I find her attractive and make lots of money. I gave her my phone number and asked her to call me sometime. She told me she was not interested. I told her that she is very beautiful, has big breasts and asked her what size bra she wears. She then ripped my slip of paper on which I gave my phone number on and her and her friend made rude degrading comments about me. I often sell to your company I am a vendor. The next thing I know security was called and I was asked to leave the store. I left the store not wanting to shop there anymore. I filed a complaint with the manager and the manager said that I am not welcome to the store and they informed Hallmark that I was sexually harassing his employees. Hallmark claimed they did an investigation and I was unfairly fired.
Seriously even if I was sexually harassing that slut which I was not I was not working but shopping that day. Also that 17 year old's father needs to whip her butt and not allow her to dress like a tramp because then she is asking for it. Tell that little tramp I am not interested in her anymore. She may be beautiful but she is a rude ###.
If she worked there, she must have been wearing a uniform. So how could she be dressed like a slut?
little house time change
Little house on the Prarie has been on (our channel # 58) The Hallmark channel for a while now. I am disabled and look forward to the show that ran from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. I don't watch much more.
