We were given a date for our wedding celebration on 27/1/2024 in HRC PENANG, on 2/11/2023. We were ready to make the payment and lock the date however the sales person were not available and gave us the 6th Nov for appointment.
On 4/11/2023, we attempted to visit the venue and discuss hwoever was dismissed, Until this date we were told that 27/1 was avaialble,
Today we were told that the date was taken without any justification. How can this be possible? I believe this was due to favoritism and based on race. If there was a selection criteria or spending requirement, we should have been given the option rather than just dismissing us. I hope our booking will be taken as a fair treatment and the other guest can be cancelled. we had no issues to make 1.2 payment immedaitely.
We thrive for equal opportunity and fair services to everyone. HRC as an international should lead by example and not allow the staff to choose based on race, personal relationships. Please enforce it is very disheartening for a 5 star hotel to how such poor management.
