Harrah's Cherokee Casino review: Security officer

I was at Harrah's Cherokee on July 11. When leaving the casino around 11:30 a security guard ask my husband and I to step off the elevator. They told me I had cashed out a ticket from a machineIand the money belong to someone else. He came across as being very threatening to me. When I sat down at the machine I could not get my cash ticket to go in and when it did I began to play. My daughter called me and I hit the cash out button, stuck it in my purse and walked away not paying attention what was on it. He began to tell me a lady was sitting at that machine and had gone to the restroom. and that there was a black man sitting beside me that was her husband. First of all no one was beside me because of the social distancing and if so why didn't he say something. The security guard threatened me if I didn't give him $300. He told I had done nothing wrong. I had one about $1500 and cashed in my tickets and gave no thought to anything. He was very rude and threatening. He took my licenses didn't not offer a copy of the report, would not show me which machine it was or the pic from the camera, not did he bring back the part of the money that was actually mine. I will never go back there and I Idon't appreciated his racial remarks to try to scare me. I sit down at machines all the time that people have left usually small amount of money on. I didn't sit in her lap or push her out of the chair so any machine that is not occupied if fair game. The money is not the issue at all but he never gave me a receipt or proof that he paid her. He could have pocketed the money for all I know. I went back in an sopke to someone else and I ask that I be contacted. Of course I haven't heard from anyone. So go to Harrahs and tell them you lost money and they will find some for you.
