4/27/23 A door salesperson came to my door and made an offer with a flier (attached) for internet and cable TV for $124.99/mo plus 2 free months.

5/30/23 After installation I was emailed an estimated bill that day for $282.81 (estimate bill attached). I called the door salesperson and she said the bill is a mistake and the discount isn't applied but I need to talk to customer service.

I talk to customer service and they weren't able to help me, the agent tried to negotiate me to $212. I asked to speak to a manager and after 2 hours on hold I was put in touch with a "lead". The lead said my bill should have been $162 after taxes and fee. I asked about the free 2 months and she said she didn't know of that deal.

6/2 The door sales person called me and said the 2 free months weren't actually free, it would be $50/mo because of the hidden fees.

6/15 I received a bill in the mail for $327.61. It is way above the advertised price and no 2 months free like advertised. I've tried contacting the lead and the door sales person buy they are not answering my calls now.

Desired outcome: I would like to pay what was advertised. $124.99/mo plus 2 months free.
